Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was so eager to get a burrito until I walked in. No one greeted me and I stood at the counter for a few minutes, still no one approached me and I saw multiple employees walking around. One of the female employees even kept her back towards me and was taking her coworkers Dutch Bros orders. I am disappointed to say the least because even after standing at the counter for so long I left without my burrito.

My favorite chipotle! Workers are friendly, they give the correct portions and the service is fast! Best one in Fresno hands down!

There was a live bug crawling around in a mobile food that I ordered. I just wanted to call this specific store to let them know but no one answered and instead was just automatic voicemail thing. Which is quite frustrating when I'm just met with automatic voice call. Otherwise the staff seemed friendly

Big disappointed!!!! It took me years to tried chipotle again and this branch disappointed me big time!! I always come here and it’s not evening closing time, mind you it’s 8:25 pm when I got in and you have no cheese?? It tasted so bad with out cheese!! Threw everything away!! Should have just told the girl, I didn’t want it any longer!!! What a waste of money!!!!!!!!!!!

The best Chicken!!

If you order online there’s almost always an issue and they skimp out on meat. I always have to go in to make sure I get what I’m asking for. Staff is friendly and food is good. Just sucks it’s unreliable to order online to beat the lines.

I never seen a chicken that need 20 minutes to be cooked😀 and the two girls upfront have attitude if you don’t like your job go home

It had been a very long time since we ordered from Chipotle because the quality and flavor were not very good.

But they are baaaack!! The food was delicious.

First time coming to this chipotle..other than it not being the cleanest the service was GREAT. The lady with the piercing was very nice and actually gave me too much food. I’m not complaining but I had to tell her that’s enough lol. All chipotle workers should serve like her. This the only one I’m coming to now. The other chipotle’s gives the bare minimum just to charge you extra.

The Lady next to the cashier.. want to charge me $10.50 plus taxes for 3 pointer veggie bolw..( rice, beans and cheese) any Chipotle that Igo didn't charge me ridiculous price...

The new brisket isn't anything special and has a lot of fat. I always get the beef barbacoa and it's so good. Will stick to what works next time.
