The best Chicken!!

If you order online there’s almost always an issue and they skimp out on meat. I always have to go in to make sure I get what I’m asking for. Staff is friendly and food is good. Just sucks it’s unreliable to order online to beat the lines.

It had been a very long time since we ordered from Chipotle because the quality and flavor were not very good.

But they are baaaack!! The food was delicious.

First time coming to this chipotle..other than it not being the cleanest the service was GREAT. The lady with the piercing was very nice and actually gave me too much food. I’m not complaining but I had to tell her that’s enough lol. All chipotle workers should serve like her. This the only one I’m coming to now. The other chipotle’s gives the bare minimum just to charge you extra.

The Lady next to the cashier.. want to charge me $10.50 plus taxes for 3 pointer veggie bolw..( rice, beans and cheese) any Chipotle that Igo didn't charge me ridiculous price...

The new brisket isn't anything special and has a lot of fat. I always get the beef barbacoa and it's so good. Will stick to what works next time.

Ordered online and they hadn't prepared my order yet. The place wasnt even busy. They were 15mins late on my order. Be prepared to wait even if you order and are there on time.

I watched the male worker make a bowl for the customer ahead of me and it looked really good. It looked full and had good portions to it. I unfortunately did not get the same. The female employee made my 2 bowls and 3 tacos. All of which looked like half the size of the bowl that the customer in front of me recieved. I paid $47 dollars for half portions and the Brisket tasted like it had been out for a long time. Whoever is the trainer at this location please teach your female employee how to make a bowl. Not happy to get half the portions and for the brisket (that i paid extra for)taste old. Unbelievably disappointed!!!

It was my 1st time getting food from Chipotle. Ordered online and followed the pickup instructions. Except that my food was behind the counter and not where it said it would be. Not a big deal. I understood. My problem is that employees were standing around talking. On their cell phones. The drink area was dirty and unstocked. It felt unfriendly and uninviting and unprofessional. The employee said my drink was in the bag, and I thought it was odd. I checked my bag in the car and there's an empty cup in the bag. I'm glad I checked. My burrito meat was falling apart, and meat was salty. It was an overall bad experience. Will not be returning.

I went to this Chipotle today at 12:37 and was completely disappointed. I ordered the brisket bowl and noticed the food portions were smaller than usual, especially with the brisket. I got a half spoon of brisket, because they were getting low with this food item. My impression was that they were trying to extend the brisket by providing smaller portions. For $15, you can get more food, better service at many other different restaurants in Fresno. I won't be coming back to this location at all. Don't waste your money, go to Lilly's, Las Mananitas, La Piedad, or La Elegante. Very generous with their portions and the prices are close as well. Hopefully the manager of this location can address this issue. Unless, the directive to serve less portions is coming straight from the manager. Regardless, something needs to change or happen before they start to lose more customers.
