Arrived at 10:10 they close at 11 and they refused to make more of the protein of my choice. This is the 3rd time I’ve had to leave and drive to another location within time. I dont know of any other location in North Fresno that stops making food an hour prior to closing.

Asked if they had fresh guacamole because the one they had was looking grey greenish ? & she said no because all of their guacamole is made in the morning What a disappointment. Chipotle you can do better also the place needs some better cleaning too

Bad customer service, a guy named Luis through the sour cream on the counter while he was taking an order, he was making faces, and this other girl with him was just smiling and laughing sarcastically. As of color person we all often do face that kind of racism that they will just look at us and try to laugh or they act like they can’t understand us and it was really disrespectful and instead of saying sorry, they were just laughing .

In all honesty, I was completely disgusted by the lack of cleanliness at this location. I worked retail and food service, and I understand how overwhelming it can be, but that should never sacrifice employee cleanliness. One of the workers wore her gloves to not only touch peoples food, but then take cash and ring them up at the register. Very disturbing and disgusting for such a nice company that prides themselves on being the best. Visited restaurant at 01:25pm on Friday 02/02/2024.
I was there on Sunday afternoon. But lately the burritos look like a ball instead of a burrito, in one bite you get all the cream and in another Pure lettuce and until you finally find some pieces of meat. And there was a boy who was chopping chicken and immediately a customer asked him How about the Meat Hoe to which he responded that It was something disgusting that he preferred steak while he couldn't stop touching his hair and cleaning his ears?
