They have you make an account saying that they will give you free food, you make the email and they end up lying to you not doing anything and when you ask they say sorry you didn't get the email there is nothing we can do.

My family eats Chipotle everywhere and we have it about 4 times a week. I wanted to leave this review to let everybody know the location on Palm is the BEST TASTING CHIPOTLE AND BEST PORTIONS OF ALL THE CHIPOTLES. This location has been outstanding on every level. Thank you to the staff for doing such an incredible job and we will continue to be regular customers. Again not all Chipotle locations are on the same level as this location “Not even close” This location is #1 best by a large margin! Please don’t change anything because the food tastes 10 out of 10 incredible!!!!!

We were served by two girls who were both brilliant—so friendly and attentive! The place was lovely and clean, with a really welcoming atmosphere.
We had the chicken burritos and bowls, and everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

Surprised it was a take out joint. Wanted a sit down restaurant atmosphere but it felt like a cafeteria. The personnel were short and unfriendly.

I needed to use the restroom and asked them for the code to the women's bathroom after finishing my food(which was extremely disappointing) and right after I went in, the worker opened the door all the way and put a chair in front of the door, to keep it wide open. I assume they were about to clean the restrooms. I felt extremely exposed and humiliated. I knew the customers could hear me using the restroom it was absolutely awful!
