There were two female employees at the front counter one white girl and one Black girl. The Black girl was sweeping, and when I politely asked her to wash her hands before serving my food, both employees reacted rudely and unprofessionally. Serving food right after sweeping without washing hands is unacceptable.
I also tried to be polite and asked the white girl, “How was your day?” Her response was, “I am closing, please leave,” which was extremely rude and unnecessary, especially since the store was still open at the time.
The younger employee was the worst in terms of attitude. Neither employee was wearing a name badge. This happened on Saturday night around 10:00 PM. One of them repeated at least 10 times that they were closing at 10:30 PM, which was not true and appeared to be said just to rush customers out.
There was a Black gentleman working in the back kitchen who seemed professional, but the front counter experience was very poor.
This incident occurred on December 20, 2025. I hope management reviews this situation and takes appropriate action regarding hygiene standards, honesty, and customer service.

I visited today on August 20,2025 around 4:10pm. I placed the online order. So I grabbed my order but sudden I realize that I forgot to order the drink. So I went to the front cashier counter and order the drink. I ask the employee in the front cashier for the Restroom code. She told me but I was on call with my customer very urgent that I didn’t understand, then I asked her again very gently she replied so loud and rude which was very unprofessional. She didn’t have any name badge on either. I was very disappointed. So I dine in and start eating my food. I realized that the same employee is behaving very rude and disrespectful with other customers too. Which is very negligent. I paid for my food and talk nicely but at the end i get this kind of rude and disgusting attitude from the employees is very disrespectful and bad. These kind of employees needed to be replaced.
Over here at this chipotle they stack up your bowls! Super good staff! Unlike the other Fresno locations, they get your food amazing :)

I'm a chipotle person fr it's my life I've worked there and everything so I came in asking for a double wrap so she didn't spread out the tortillas at first and she didn't use the bag for you also I forgot to mention but I walked in and nothing no welcoming and I mean I was the only person there it was awkward because literally I was standing there for 1 minute 2 minutes I was about to even say hello or something but I didn't want to be rude so I asked for double white rice double black beans and they just are giving me a hard time about everything and at the end the burrito she didn't want to spread the two tortillas so it looked like just a circle I was like I wanted a double wrap for a reason I had a stake guac but nope I just walked out I was not going to pay for that ball and she didn't want to just cut the foil and make a long foil to I've never had a chipotle experience like this one
