I'm a chipotle person fr it's my life I've worked there and everything so I came in asking for a double wrap so she didn't spread out the tortillas at first and she didn't use the bag for you also I forgot to mention but I walked in and nothing no welcoming and I mean I was the only person there it was awkward because literally I was standing there for 1 minute 2 minutes I was about to even say hello or something but I didn't want to be rude so I asked for double white rice double black beans and they just are giving me a hard time about everything and at the end the burrito she didn't want to spread the two tortillas so it looked like just a circle I was like I wanted a double wrap for a reason I had a stake guac but nope I just walked out I was not going to pay for that ball and she didn't want to just cut the foil and make a long foil to I've never had a chipotle experience like this one

Extremely dirty; trash all over the floor. However, the food was made accurately, quickly, and with usual chipotle portions, plus they weren't out of any main ingredients, the rice wasn't crunchy, and the meat wasn't burnt. Better than average for 2025 chipotle on the food side. why am I such an addict?

I wish I would have asked the employees name. He was so nice and welcoming!! He wore a pair of earrings if that helps identify him! It was nice to walk in and be treated with genuine kindness.

Very rude cashier. She put 2 bowls, 2 bag of chips and Salsa in small brown bag, when I asked for bigger bag as that small bag was ripping. She throw the bag at the counter and I have to transfer all the stuff on my own

Excellent quality and portion sizes compared to other locations! Prices weren’t exorbitant, either. Overall this was the best Chipotle I’d been to in California.
Many tabletops still had scraps left over from other customers, and the staff did a nice job occasionally cleaning up after those people.
