Their portion sizes have become absolutely laughable. The lady who served me literally put half a scoop of rice and looked at me like I was crazy for asking her to double up. Same goes for the beans and salsas. It was over a 5 min wait after the bowl was made for me to be able to check out, and even then, I had to get someone's attention. My order was rang up incorrectly twice and once again, I was looked at like crazy for asking the corrections to be made. Even so, they STILL got my order wrong and double charged me for guac! Now I have to open an online claim to get my refund. I've been coming here for the last year, and this will be my last time. I've given this place enough chances. Everyone here is garbage. You'll have better luck at any of the locations in Clovis.

Best Chipotle I’ve had in a couple weeks. The chicken and barbacoa and everything else on the line were all super fresh. The guy working the line got left on his own with a long line of people and he was still friendly and made everything beautifully.

there were 6 or 7 workers behind the counter and only 2 people actually working. one man assembling food, and everyone else standing around joking with each other pretending to work and the other person working was the cashier who was barely competent while she watched her coworker struggle to help the massive line of over 20 people. things were moving so slow people were leaving the line to eat somewhere else. there were around 8 people in front of me and it took 25 minutes to get to me. and they all only ordered one thing each. This is the third time I've gotten a burrito that had old burned or uncooked rice that ruined my whole burrito. i love chipotle, i have for years, but this store and its incompetent employees have made me into a bitter ex customer, i will never give money to this restuarant ever again.
Ordered two bowls online for pickup in-store. Paid $30+ and added guac, cheese, etc. My two bowls came in half serving sizes and the portions were extremely small. Definitely feel cheated as this is no where near the normal amount chipotle usually includes.
Will not be coming back to this location or Chipotle as a whole. They've been reducing their portion sizes while increasing the price so I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered two burrito bowls. Instead of meat, black beans and other specific items, we received a plain. Rice and pinto beans and veggies, no meat, and quac which we did NOT want. $37.00 for rice and beans.
