I ordered two burrito bowls. Instead of meat, black beans and other specific items, we received a plain. Rice and pinto beans and veggies, no meat, and quac which we did NOT want. $37.00 for rice and beans.

This is the third time Iāve had my meal go through the bottom of a soaked bag from this location. The first time it happened in the store before I got outside. They didnāt offer to fix it, just gave me another bag. They put all the water from the salsa in the burrito, it leaks everywhere and soaks the bag, not to mention the nasty burrito soup and soggy tortilla. I checked the bottom of the bag when I got it, and it was dry, sad I have to do that. Iāve reported all three occurrences and never been contacted by anyone. So disappointed. This has never happened at another chipotle restaurant.

I didnāt ask for double meat, but they charged me for it. When I politely told them, they said āwell we gave you extra meatā and would not take the charge off even though I had not asked for it.

This was the WORST service I have ever had. The employee was literally rolling his eyes at me when he asked me what I wanted. He referred to me as āsirā multiple times when I am clearly female. I am vegetarian and they were out of veggies. I said I would wait he said I should just pick something else. I affirmed I wanted to wait because I am a vegetarian he TOSSED my bowl to the side and the OFFERED IT TO THE PERSON BEHIND ME. The guy with the nose ring reminded me why I will never be going to the chipotle again.

iām not the type to complain about food but this is embarrassing.. $14 for a burrito and you canāt even wrap it right. The beans, queso, and rice were all outside of the tortilla.. only 3 star is atmosphere because it has a good inside seating area

I recently visited Chipotle and was extremely disappointed with the service, particularly from an employee named Johanna. As a member of law enforcement, I requested the standard discount that Chipotle offers to those who serve the community. Unfortunately, Johanna was not only uncooperative but seemed to go out of her way to make the process difficult. Itās disheartening when employees donāt appreciate or acknowledge the contributions of those who work to keep the community safe. I hope this issue can be addressed so that future experiences at Chipotle are more positive.
Food is good, but for the price, terrible portions. Manager was serving the portions and acted as if they were going broke because I wanted little bit more of the veggies. If sheās soo unhappy, go work somewhere else.
