My daughter and I had a blast on video games. However , it's quite expensive for only 45 minutes of play for 35.00 if you take into account on a video game if you're good at playing , you could be there on one video game for up to twenty minutes. Either way it's still quite fun. I would suggest. Lowering the price on the video games because they are outdated. Other than that it was fun. The staff is super friendly at least for my encounter.

We went customer service wasn’t great looked very understaffed when ordering a lot of things were unavailable and the girl attending me will keep leaving to attended other people leaving me talking to myself which was very annoying especially since I had a little one trying to run around and she kept leave to help others when I was there first. While being there we lost track of time they notified us they are closed and we had to leave when asked if we can still get a prize for the kids they said no we are closed and had to leave which I understand but yet very upsetting cause they didn’t tell us they were closing already and we had to take the kids to the store afterwards after almost spending $400 at chuckechesse we had to spend an extra $100 to buy the kids toys only good thing was that the stuff crust pizza was good
