We had our sons 9th birthday party here and we were very pleased. The birthday packages that are available are a lot cheaper than most other places and are easily personalized. All of the boys had a blast, the pizza was great, cake was delicious and service and timing were perfect. The manager was very kind and introduced herself right away. Our server, Victoria, was on top of everything and extremely patient with our very energetic boys. Thank you for a great experience!

I had my son’s 6th bday party here , we felt so rushed with everything it was so unorganized. We did cake and they didn’t give me my icecream until party was almost over when some of my guest already left. Party was on a Monday 4-6pm they told us we can stay longer multiple times when booking and even the day of party , later on came and they tried kicking us out before opening his gifts. After we opened them the manager kept sending a worker to tell us stuff to leave which I don’t understand because even in my confirmation email it also said we can stay longer unless it’s a weekend or holiday during a week which it wasn’t. Also we asked multiple times if before booking can we pay with giftcards they said yes. We asked a week before party again to make sure AGAIN they said yes. When it came time to pay they told us we can’t pay with giftcards which is crazy because we asked multiple times before paying for his party and managers started gettin frustrated giving attitude because I got upset which I was because they told us 4 times before his party that we can . His party was for 20 kids and had 25-30 adults so it was a big party to spend $800 and for everything to be so unorganized and so unwelcoming. When I asked to speak with the other manager who told us about how we can pay with giftcards they said she left but said they called her within 1 minute saying she said she never told us that which was crazy because how they call within that minute and get a response within a minute. Then manager asked me infront of all my guests “so you don’t have enough money to pay for the party ?” Which I found uncalled for because why say that in-front of everyone a lot of my guests got upset and began questioning I felt she was judging us sayin we had no money because we were trying to pay with the giftcards that THEY said we can pay for. Money was never the issue we just got upset because what if we did end up getting the giftcards and what if that was the last of our money and what if we couldn’t. We ended up going to the front and payin the whole party off. Ticket blaster they never even gave us his tickets for when he won in the blaster along with his bonus ones when they said they would I had to tell them something about it when my son was trying to cash in his tickets from playing games and said no one told them nothing about that so basically tried cheating my son out of 1100 tickets. End of the party my son cried saying he didn’t like his party which made me upset because he was so excited for the party and talked about it all week long.

Very expensive!!! Go to website for coupons!!!!! They advertise new trampoline play area (which is tiny) but what they don't advertise it's an additional cost of $10 per kid to jump. Salad bar isn't what it used to be sorry but it maybe awhile before we come back here
