Food was good but that’s about it, restrooms were disgusting and smelly, customer service was really bad most of them had attitude and rude, they tossed all our food and sodas from our table while we were out playing with our kids, at least when I went back to the table to ask for the pictures my kids took they said they left them on top of the garbage can. Definitely won’t be going back to this one again.

This place has changed and it is very nice! Clean, spacious, colorful, good service...they have done a great job! Chuck E. Cheese himself mingled with the children, walking around taking pics etc... GOOD JOB!

So clean and updated ! Just had my sons 4th birthday here on a quiet Friday morning and omg just so much better then two years ago when I swore off chucke cheese for life! We were allowed bring some table decor in and a cake and presents and my son had a blast! My family loved it too! Staff is so friendly and patient! The ladies at the front were all so kind even though my three toddler guest were super hyper and all over the place. I asked for chuck e to come out to visit the kids and even though only a few kids were in the building the manager said he’d be out right away! He was out within 10 minutes and they loved it so much! I only had three toddler to attend my son’s party and everyone in town forced you to have a bigger guest list to book a party. I was so happy I was able to give this place another chance! My nephew spilled dip n dots on the floor and the girls ip front quickly cleaned it and said no worries! I had online coupons which gave my kids 1,000 free tickets with their fun card. All machines worked and I was just so happy! On the way out they said they will in fact be one of the locations getting the trampoline installed and I could’ve fainted because my son loves jumping. Thank you for reviving our childhood favorite places as a 90’s kid it meant so much to see life being breathe back into this establishment! Great food and just overall worth it! Spent $100 on five adults and three toddlers and had a great freaking time! And thank you to the guest who gifted us 3,000 tickets !! I’m so happy Kid-friendliness: Four year old could play anything! Unlike at johns inc which is more for older kids

The food is way too expensive and the staff was very rude. THE only fun was Chuck E. CHEESE. Was kind and patient and didn't discriminate from the bday package kids and just the bday (no package) kid. Important thing is..the kids did have fun. BUT never will I visit this one!!

I didn't eat the food so don't know if it is good or not. The people are nice and I went only to take my grandkids to play but I haven't been here since my children were young and that's been a very long time ago so it's all new too me. I liked it and I can see why kids like it. I did have fun and my grandkids had fun and that's all that matters.
