Worst place ever I went at 3:09 pm in the afternoon and ordered one pizza and it's 4:35 it's crazy to still be waiting that long for a pizza and they don't have a lot for the prices they charge

Food is edible, I guess. Selection on games lacks, even my 4 and 6 year Old weren't really having much fun with 90% of games and the ones they like are always broken. Could be much cleaner.

It’s terrible place for take your family to take a great time with them and I pay $30 for each so I pay 90 and the trampoline was closed all the time I have to call the to open it but they have it open for just 10 minutes so this #%#%#%£€¥€ so I tell the manager for may money back and they no give me back so I don’t recommend this place it’s more better NO SURRENDER FOR GAMES AND JUMPING AND A TAKE A GREAT TIME WITH YOUR FAMILY

I have not been here for over 15 years. My wife and I have not celebrated our kids' birthdays in a long time. So we wanted to make it special for them and I am glad we came here to celebrate our daughter's 3rd birthday. What got us was how great the staff was. Roxanne made the experience even better. We love how she was patient with us (we did not understand how the games work) she was able to help us pick which game package was good for us and our kids. Her customer service was great. She was able to take care of the front and help us. Doug was a great cook. Everything came out delicious. Wings was spot on. He also helped us with the cake. Seeing the number of customers he had help and was able to help cater for us was great. My daughter's birthday was a success. She had a great time Chuck e Cheese. You'll definitely be seeing us again. Roxanne & Doug, keep up the great work! Thank you Chuck e Cheese crew.

They need to have a better system for the trampoline. A 8 year old girl trampled my TWICE and both times the worker at the trampoline was not paying attention. So I got up and stood in front of the trampoline a family member went in there to stand in there , and they told her she couldn’t stand in there. So we left. I wouldn’t trust them with your kids. Spend your money elsewhere . These is just people trynna get a check
