Online cake order did not look as advertised. Despite ordering a $44 large Oreos Extreme ice cream cake, 6- half Oreos on 6 dollops of frosting were placed instead of the 12 half Oreos and dollops of frosting; as advertised and desired for the number of guests being served. Requested utensils weren’t provided as placed in the order. I thought I was saving time by coming to this location instead of Campus Pointe.

i love the ice cream its sooo yummy .... the one i dont like the one crew has a black hair and she is mexican she is rude .... its two times she do that to me ... she dont even mix well my ice cream .... location of that crew is palm and shaw .... i dont if she dont like my ethnicity or racist or what but she is rude .....

The worst service. He literally gave me the large size and it is to carry without a bag and nothing! I had to ask him. A bag and she put it on the counter, she didn't even pack it… we asked for banana caramel crunch and the girl gave us only vanilla.

Honestly, a let down.... Asked MULTIPLE TIMES LOVE IT SIZE .... ended up with a Like it size.... really??? The lady helping us was NOT helpful, also who scoops a little extra and then fits it into the bowl then scraps the rest that's on the cold plate and throws it away??? The one in riverpark, makes sure to not waste anything, if there is extra they will give you a bigger size to make sure you enjoy your ice cream..... Never eating here again....

This is the second time that they have given me the wrong (smaller size) ice cream. The first time I called the store they stated that they would put my name down and I could come in and get a free like it. Today when I called they said there was nothing they could do because I went through door dash. I told them that did not make any difference. Cold stone employees were the ones that put the wrong size together. I was told that there was absolutely nothing they could do. What a joke.If you are thinking about going to or ordering from cold stone, I would advise to go anywhere else.

For the 2nd time in a row they cancelled our order. Saturday night we still had 45 minutes till they closed. Today was over an hour. The store really needs to look into this.

Great ice cream as always, but this place needs to work on organization and efficiency. On a Sunday evening, there were eight people working behind the counter. They all seemed to be working diligently, but they were only waiting on two parties and no one was waiting when I entered. I waited in what I thought was the right place for over ten minutes for someone to take my simple order. No one took my order or even acknowledged that I was waiting. I moved to the other end of the counter after II watched a couple enter the store and place an order there. I waited there until I noticed people being served fairly quickly while standing at the place where I started. Eventually, someone took my order and, nearly 15 minutes after I arrived, I left with my "Love It" cup of vanilla bean with raspberries and almond.
