the new guy levi i believe, was excellent and had very good customer service he was on point with my ice cream and very nice and fun i’d come back just for his customer service. thank you and thank you to the other staff as well!!

I just called for a sundae. What the heck kinda of want to be cool, ice cream shop does not due sundaes, Heck the workers could walk to market from there and get fresh fruit. Smh wasn't the problem of the one that answered the phone, it is the franchise owner do better, bro

Really enjoyed my visit here in Fresno. Coldstone was definitely a go to for the week. Really nice ladies in charge of the place. I went to this place 3 times and every time I went i tried a new flavor, sampling was awesome would definitely return agan.

my partner’s family and I stopped there to get some ice cream after watching a movie at Maya Cinemas. the ice cream is good like usual, but it’s crazy how much the prices has increased. at this point, I think that getting cold stone is a luxury now and you’re probably better off with getting ice cream from grocery store or find one that cost less.
the workers there makes me feel like they don’t want to interact with us, idk maybe i’m wrong but it’s the vibe I get. ??♂️

The girls that work there look like they hate people, not welcoming at all. My husband wanted to try a flavor and the girl did it with so much attitude. Really disappointed in the service. The ice cream is not too bad just a little too sweet.

After enjoying a company lunch today; I thought it would be a great idea to get a few coworkers ice cream delivered for a nice after noon treat. To our surprise, there was hair in one of the ice creams. I immediately called the location to let them know but was told I’d have to physically go in to the location to show them a picture of the incident for a refund and/or to get another one made. Mind you, we got this order delivered! Per person who answered the call, there was no manager on site to speak to.After calling several times, I finally got a refund but what’s the fun in that? We wanted to be able to enjoy a nice treat, but that was ruined.Please review your gmp policies and wear hairnets.

Online says close at 11 showed up at 10 0 1 and We were turned away. We explained to the person blocking the door and he said no. We had two children in our party of 5. Kids were upset.

I was trying to get hired here but the hiring staff has been disappointingly unorganized. after our first interview they sprung it on me that it would be actually be group interview last second which i didn't expect but it happens and its fine. they probably wanted to save time or something. what really upset me was they texted me a few days later to schedule what i thought would be a second interview until they remembered they interviewed me already and then they cancelled. like how rude? and how do you not remember who you're interviewing? it seemed very disorganized and disregarding. There's too many people out there that actually want a job for places to be going about their hiring process so unorganized like this. disappointed. thank you. but after reading some of the other reviews, it seems like the disorganization among the team members has been recognized by the customers as well. So, they missed out on me and i lucked out on missing out on working at this location, i'm glad i never had to work here
