The girls that work there look like they hate people, not welcoming at all. My husband wanted to try a flavor and the girl did it with so much attitude. Really disappointed in the service. The ice cream is not too bad just a little too sweet.

Like many people say, customer service was just horrible lol. both times i go in they just stare at me, no "welcome" no "whenever your ready" not even any smiles. stingy waiters that act like they dread doing their job. Didnt want to go back after the first time and definitely wont be back again. The fudge shake wasnt even that good but thanks. Train your colleagues better bro

Zero stars. Four workers at the counter and I stood there for a long time waiting to be helped while they just stood there, never acknowledged me or any customer. I look up and the young African American girl is just staring at me, I ask her if she's ready for me to order? She just says "uh yeah" and nods her head up and down like it's some big inconvenience. The other two workers were also just standing there, elbows hanging over the ice cream, and not helping the others behind me as well. Cashier girl comes to see what the hold up is since I was with my husband who she already helped, and she looked too scared to ask her coworker who was just staring at me. I'm 9 months pregnant and not about to give service to rude young kids. I told her to just forget it, and cashier girl just stood there and didn't say anything to her other coworkers about helping me. They looked scared of her and prob just don't care about their jobs. I left without buying.

Very rude greetings from the workers, felt like if I were rushed out of there even when there was only one other person in there. The lady that helped me seemed like if she was annoyed of the fact that customers were in there didn't catch her name but was working Monday 24th around 6 pm wears glasses.

After enjoying a company lunch today; I thought it would be a great idea to get a few coworkers ice cream delivered for a nice after noon treat. To our surprise, there was hair in one of the ice creams. I immediately called the location to let them know but was told I’d have to physically go in to the location to show them a picture of the incident for a refund and/or to get another one made. Mind you, we got this order delivered! Per person who answered the call, there was no manager on site to speak to.After calling several times, I finally got a refund but what’s the fun in that? We wanted to be able to enjoy a nice treat, but that was ruined.Please review your gmp policies and wear hairnets.

Online says close at 11 showed up at 10 0 1 and We were turned away. We explained to the person blocking the door and he said no. We had two children in our party of 5. Kids were upset.

I was trying to get hired here but the hiring staff has been disappointingly unorganized. after our first interview they sprung it on me that it would be actually be group interview last second which i didn't expect but it happens and its fine. they probably wanted to save time or something. what really upset me was they texted me a few days later to schedule what i thought would be a second interview until they remembered they interviewed me already and then they cancelled. like how rude? and how do you not remember who you're interviewing? it seemed very disorganized and disregarding. There's too many people out there that actually want a job for places to be going about their hiring process so unorganized like this. disappointed. thank you. but after reading some of the other reviews, it seems like the disorganization among the team members has been recognized by the customers as well. So, they missed out on me and i lucked out on missing out on working at this location, i'm glad i never had to work here

I ordered a chocolate peanut butter milkshake and it was absolutely heavenly. The staff were more than happy to load it up to the brim, making it the perfect indulgent late night snack. The chocolate and peanut butter flavors were perfectly balanced, and the shake was thick and creamy. I could hardly believe how delicious it was!!! If you're a fan of chocolate and peanut butter, I highly recommend giving this shake a try.

Love a good founder's favorite! Came around 5pm this time around and there were two ladies working and working fast. Clean inside. There was just one family ahead of me, but I was in and out pretty quickly, which I appreciated, because I had my infant daughter with me. I picked up a everyone size founders favorite and it was delicious as usual! It is some of the creamiest ice cream. I would only come here to get their mixes or other specialty items as it is pricey. About 3x what you will pay for a container of ice cream at the store. So I wouldn't buy just a one flavor/one topping-not worth it, but yes, yes I will pay $15 for a to go amount of ice cream for a family member's birthday!! :)

This place needs better organization. I ordered on the app and my order was ready but they never updated it on the app so I waited forever for my order. THEN I paid for a waffle cone and they made my order in a cup with no cone. The ice cream was mush. Seemed like it was all blended together. Get it together, kids.
