Absolutely amazing customer service. Even though they were extremely busy Caitlynne and Grace helped customers with ease making my cake buying a wonderful experience.

Worst experience
I bought ice cream at 9:57pm when they close
And we came outside we see that there is a hair in the ice cream and then they close
They were cleaning i knocked their door multiple times to show them they saw me and talking to each other but didn’t opened the worth
Didn’t worth whatever i spent.

The space of this location is way too small. Not even enough space to stand in line without booty bumpin’ people who are trying to leave with their orders. Not sure why franchise signed of on this space but they obviously didn’t consider what the customer experience would be in such a narrow space.

Man life is sweet! I love this place so much it is practically my second home. Special thanks to the staff, every time they joyfully craft my Banana Caramel Crunch ice cream. Ryan helped me today with the most patient and positive attitude. Other reviews regarding mixing should account for cold stones unique sizes and portioning. They don't do scoops, they need to know what toppings you like prior because the cup portions, and most of all it's ice cream let these young folk do their job! Don't blame others for miss communication on your behalf. :)

I'm a weekly customer at least twice a week since I live down the st. I had a guy named Bryan serve my husband who didn't even mixed the ice cream or pecans said he couldn't do it that it had to be on top. Did not even throw it in the coldstone to mixed he put it straight on the cup. My wife was able to get hers mixed when we asked why he couldn't mixed it he got attitude and he threw it on the coldstone with a pinch of pecans and put a lid on the cup which didn't even fill the cup and slammed the cup on the counter didn't even bother saying anything else. Horrible experience and customer service.

Loved it!

I took my granddaughter to the Cold Stone Creamery at Marketplace in Fresno California for her 12th birthday. We were the only customers in the Creamery. There were two female employees working behind the counter. When we walked up to the counter we were not met with a "hello" or any eye contact from either girl. We were met with an annoyed tone of "Be with you in a minute." After standing there about 3 minutes and already knowing what we wanted we were met with an annoyed "What can I get for you?" As the one employee was preparing my granddaughter's order the other employee walked up, mumbled something to the other girl, and they both chuckled. Now I don't know what they were chuckling about, but I found it odd and rude that they would find some humor with each other and treat us as if we were bothering them. I am a regular and good tipper. And honestly I can't remember the last time I have not given a tip. But, I did not leave a tip during my visit to your establishment. I spent the first 15 minutes of our ice cream eating experience at your Creamery explaining to my granddaughter the importance of customer service and that I was fairly certain that the employer of the two young ladies would most likely take issue with their customer service skills or lack there of. I will say that the ice cream was delicious, but most likely will go-to CVS for an ice cream cone next time. I never write reviews. But after this experience I felt compelled and thought the Cold Stone management would appreciate the review as to address the issue and prevent further negative experiences.

Tried the Silk chocolate almond milk shake and it was pretty good. I love seeing vegan options here and would love to see more!

Always good ice cream ? service was a bit slow at this location but still good.

I got there at 9:15 p.m. ( they close at 10pm) and the shift lead told us we couldn't sit down in the lobby and have ice cream all the chairs were put on the table. Thankfully that shopping center has plenty of options when it comes to froyo and ice cream .
