Slow Slow Slow. The people working are just messing around in the back while everyone waiting is just looking around wondering what is going on. Funny thing is that it wasn't even busy. Won't be back. Burger was basic. Service ruined it.

Food is pretty good but very pricey. Everything is a la carte. My finance and I got one meal because we never finish one by ourselves. We got a double, fries and a drink and it was almost $20. Just a bit pricey for my taste.

The service was great - the people were awesome including the owner or manager.

BUT...wagyu is overrated. The amount of food wasn't that great. It was overpriced IMO.

The burger is pretty good. I thought the bread was going to be dry due to the flour on top, but it's actually not dry at all. The meat is tender, and flavors are more subtle, which is nice because it's not overly salty like some burger place.

I don't like potato wedges as fries because not everyone knows how to cook it well, but they did do a good job with the wedges. It's soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside, not soggy and oily.

The spicy green beans were good. It does have a spicy kick to it, and I also like that it's crunchy on the outside, like onion rings. I tried one of the spicy dipping sauce and it was good too.

Nice little place. Burgers were fresh, fried beans were just spicy enough for the kids, good selection of sauces, really great for this price point. 10/10, would recommend!

Had just a burger to go. Service was friendly and relatively fast for a freshly made burger. The bun was soft but not soggy, like a potato bun. Produce fresh. The burger patty itself was well seasoned and tasty. It's kind of a thin well done patty, like a smash burger. Apparently this place used to be a Colorado Grill, the receipt still had that name at the top. I've never been to one so I can't compare.

This place has great juicy burgers! The meat taste very clean, if I had to compare, like burgers kings patties, clean, not greasy or heavy, but the burgers remind me a lot of Colorado grill! They are made with the works and the buns toasted! All the ingredients taste fresh, nothing was soggy or heavy. I left full but not feeling like I need to lay down and try to re learn how to breath! The workers are very attentive too! They'd come check on us every so often to see if we needed more ketchup or napkins, even though we could easily get them ourselves! Love the friendlyness! Highly recommend if you're looking for great tasting burgers!

Great food for an extremely great price. The food here is higher quality, better tasting, and less expensive than any of the national chains

I came in to use the bathroom, and my wife bought a #1 Combo with 1/2 fried Green Beans and 1/2 fried Potato Wedges. The bathroom was flawlessly clean, and the food was a reward. My favorite singular aspect was the golden Hamburger bun, because other burger places can get close on the other ingredients but not on the bun. Very clean and good food with friendly staff and quick turnover for lunch, even for dine-in.

New place called Wagyu 2 Go in the old Colorado Grill spot. You can tell the food is high quality by the bun and meat alone. They are using wagyu beef for their patties, seems to be their own proprietary blend, I tried their spicy green beans which were good.

Really attentive service, very friendly, simple menu with no decision fatigue. I would have given this place 4 stars but the only thing missing was salt... The patty did seem very pepper heavy, all It needed was some salt because it came off bland and lacking flavor.

It cost about $15 for a meal that includes fries or spicy green beans or half/half of each with a sparkling water. Would I go back? Possibly, I would hope for better seasoning or I'd ask for a salt packet.

This restaurant is just perfect her name is CeCe. She really has good customer service as well as good etiquette and she really made my bad day turn for the best. I hope the next time that I go there she's working. Identical Colorado grill in the past a handful of times. However, I'm not really sure I've ever encountered such a dear sweet young lady. So is anybody would like to experience a great burger with gray customer service head on over to Colorado grill or West Shaw.
