Corina's Super Market

Nice little store with fresh meat and everything else you need for a BBQ. They also have a bakery with tons of delicious options to choose from. I often get chocolate covered strawberries for my girlfriend from here. Their meat is the best in Fresno.

Menudo was good. I like how they give you an option if you want hominy or no hominy in the soup. Their chili oil that comes with their menudo is bomb and adds the right amount of spice. Wait was kinda long about like 10-15mins, they do get busy at times so expect to wait if you’re ordering their hot food.

I have been going to this place for a while but recently their bread is not the best anymore 🫤 it was until I found out that they changed their bakers and the ones that used to work there are no longer working under them. I was disappointed they let go of such great bakers, but luckily through some searching, I was able to locate their new work place! It's by Chance and the Fairgrounds, Panaderia Torres I believe and I can guarantee it's them! The bread is so delicious and has that authentic Mexican flavor I've missed so much! Always fresh, warm and perfect portions AND at even better prices! So if you're missing the old taste from this place's bread definitely go check out Panaderia Torres, they have the good stuff that I have tremendously missed 🥐😋

Where to start. We’ve been living close to this place for awhile now & finally decided to check it out & were extremely disappointed. Well 1 I was there for 15 mins or more for 1 taco, I paid like $8 for salsa that had zero flavor & it was all water! The people who helped me were kind both a lady & a gentleman & that was probably the only good part. Now the taco! I wanted to tested out before actually getting food here & my go to is always a taco de chicharon MY GOODNESS! This place needs fast help with their salsa please! Whoever owns this place needs to go in there & fire whoever is making the salsa, anyway… so the carne for the chicharon itself wasn’t bad so it has major potential HOWEVER that salsa on it taste as if they mixed canned tomato sauce in it! It ruined the taco entirely. I didn’t take it but the salsa needs a lot of improvement & I find it sad that no one has mentioned this because I’m sure they have their regulars who go there. All in all Corina’s would be a place we’d go back to & try the other items because they had many many different types of plates that looked yummy but the simple fact that something so dang simple as salsa was nasty here is sad to me. Zero flavor! & it looked like it was all water, then the one on the chicharon had canned tomato! That’s not okay.

I'm very particular with the food I eat out. I always expect the worst on every place I go because I don't know every place so I won't be disappointed, but with Corinas, I don't do that. I actually expect a very tasty and delicious meal every time . Menudo, chilaquiles, chicken mole, and the aguas frescas, wow. My mouth gets happy every time I go there.

I always order from Corina's becuz their Good People & A Good Team. for lunch or for dinner and my family gets order's they want like Carne Asada Burritos and believe me they come packed on what you want in it...I love their Menudo w/no pig feet and my daughter on the other hand loves Menudo with pig feet they both come with Corn Tortillas, lemons , ect and my granddaughter loves their Tacos and my grandson loves their Barbacoa (Sorry I don't have a picture to show you but I will next time) PS. They do have maybe 4 tables inside where you can enjoy your meal and you can order online then they will call you when to come and pick it up...Or if you prefer to go in person and wait it's up to you...

I visited this establishment to purchase some bread. The aroma was very appealing, and the product appeared to be freshly made. I highly recommend this place. Additionally, the cuisine offers a delicious flavor profile; I particularly suggest trying the tacos.

I ordered a cake for my daughter Quince it was perfect just like the pictures I showed them the cake was delicious, especially the duvalin one.
