The bakery department has zero sense of customer service. We ordered a cake a few days in advance with a specific design that we paid in full for. The day we were meant to pick it up they gave my husband a call, 10mins or so from the pick up time, to let us know that they were unable to give us the cake we PAID FOR. They said they meant to call us the day before but they were “too busy”. They said that they could add an edible image onto the cake with an extra charge of $10. We absolutely do not care about the amount for that charge, it’s just the fact that we were being charged for some crap image due to their lack of communication and lack of customer service. We ended up having to pay for it because we had no other option as today is the day we needed the cake for my son’s 8th birthday. Do better Corinas. This isn’t okay.
great meat department! Good food but the best part is the mexican bread next it it, Corinas Pandarea has the most delicious baked goods...it's dangerous😅👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
“Pozole” means bone broth. No grain and pure bone meat. If they no longer had pozole, why not let them know to order something different.
The meat department has bad customer service. The only thing is good the bread. The person in charge of the meat department doesn’t help the customers at all.
I bought a super borrito and the meat is very big, the minced part could improve, I don't recommend because you can even take it home, I'm sorry.
I visited both the bakery and food court/store, they were both very good. The staff members were all very friendly and great food and baking.
