If they hadn’t forgot about us in that nook and cranny table I would’ve given 5 . We waited patiently for 20 minutes before our waiter came over. He said they never let him know. He was nice and everything else was fabulous and delicious. We will be back. Make reservations if you’re going for dinner. Very romantic inside, perfect date spot.

Staff is very helpful, pleasant, and quick to get you seated and served. Lots of office workers were there around noon, so consider a bit earlier or a bit later . Great food, good size portions!

I tried to make a reservation for a birthday dinner over a month and a half in advance. The person that answered the phone seemed to have no clue what to do. He said “December is a very busy month, I have to check on that” I asked him to please check or does he need me to call back? He put me on hold for less than 1 minute and said they were full. I had visited last month the service was ok I thought I’d try again but I guess they can’t accommodate 10 people with a reservation. We’ll have to try elsewhere.
I really wanted to like this place, I've been here 4 or 5 times now, over the course of several years. The service is very inconsistent and poor.The staff are poorly trained, not to mention they wanted to charge me for a side of bbq sauce, but give out sides of ranch and maraina sauce???If you're looking for good service, great food and friendly staff...go somewhere else.

This restaurant is a little confusing at first, and there is no signage to explain your options. The tall blond at the counter did absolutely nothing to help that. You have the option of ordering at a counter right at the front door OR be seated at a table and get table service. If you order at the counter, you are not allowed to sit just anywhere. You must sit in a small room on the side of the restaurant, also not explained, nor is there signage. (No complaints with the room; it was nice.)We ordered at the counter (would have preferred table service) and asked how they would find us. She said we have a number at the top of our receipt and that's how they find us. Umm, that number is tiny and the receipt will prob be in my purse. She seemed confused why we were even asking. The restaurant isn't that tiny. Said we had never been there before. Yeah, went over her head. We sat in the 'not allowed area if you ordered from the counter' and were asked to move.Food was very good.Side note: I hate it when people call me hun or honey. It's not cute or endearing.
