Had a great time at Country Waffles on Shaw! The Oreo and vanilla shakes, waffles, and fries were all delicious. Special thanks to Robert and Pinky for their amazing service — they helped us find great vegetarian options and made us feel so welcome. Very kid-friendly too, with toy and snack vending machines to keep kids happy while waiting. Loved the experience!

Today we visited Country Waffles on Shaw and had an absolutely wonderful experience. We ordered the Oreo shake, vanilla shake, chocolate and strawberry waffles, and fries — everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented.
Special thanks and full credit to Robert at the front desk and Pinky, our server. Both were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Since much of the menu is non-vegetarian, they took extra time to guide us through the options and helped us find the perfect vegetarian dishes. Their professionalism and warmth made our visit truly memorable.
The food was great, but the service made it outstanding. Thank you, Robert and Pinky, for your kindness and for making our dining experience so pleasant. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Fresno — Country Waffles is a must-try!

Food was bomb but we found a hair in the potatoes we asked for the manager and she told us it wasn't a hair like we were stupid. And persisted to tell us how it was the cheese. I feel like she could have handled it a different way. She was lightweight arguing with us. I told her we weren't paying for the potatoes but In the end , she said it was her bad and walked off Service was wonderful from the waiter & waitress but the lady manager was a different story i feel like she could have offered instead of me telling her that we weren't paying for a potatoes with a hair in it she wasn't trying to accommodate us in any way.
Not worth the $60 dollar I spent. Instead of a sausage patty I got a beef patty.

I placed an order through Uber eats on Instacart and waited over an hour for an order that was never delivered. Tried calling the restaurant and no one answered. The utter negligence left an awful taste in my mouth, so I suppose no sub par food was needed after all.
Update: I ordered from the 3050 W. Shaw location which appears to be your location. Please see the images reflecting my order. I have a receipt as well. The Uber eats customer service representative tried calling your establishment to see what was going on with my order and no one answered. The contact representative had the decency to cancel the order.

Comfortable small bench for 4 per table. Large dining area also. Feal very good and friendly about staff, staff knows my order already before I sit down. I am special needs customer and always a welcome smile. The food is good and always feel I have eaten enough.
