They asked my relatives party to remove themselves from their table to the patio as other parties were waiting for the table. Fowl! The bill was 300 dollars and they're whisked away?! Never go there.
Food: Ordered the Ahi Tuna Appetizer and Filet Entree
Ahi Tuna - was more like Ahi Poke and was over sauced (wouldn't order again)
Filet - Excellent in quality and preparation
Risotto - Absolutely flavorless. It felt like it had no salt, butter, or cheese (was really confused how this happened). My wife said her risotto was undercooked as well.
Vegetables - Well cooked and seasoned, no complaints.
Service - Excellent, both the front end staff, waitress, and general staff were great
Atmosphere - Generally good, nothing too great or negative to say, just sort of fine.
Giving a 3 star because of that risotto because for $75 it was inexcusable on that plate.

The food was AMAZING. It was a bit expensive, but wow. So so so so good. The service was also incredible and our waiter was awesome. I will say- the restaurant itself is a bit outdated, but it was still really nice and the food really was incredible. I would definitely come here again.

We made reservations but there was already no more room for eating inside so we ate out on the patio area. Which we didn't mind until the mosquitos came out and started attracking us. The food was ok expected a little more portions with the costs of the food. I don't think I would go back honestly. The menu had very limited things to choose from and had quit a bit of seafood. Which I'm not a fan of. I was a little disappointed after spending $250 for dinner for 4 people.

The food is very good. It took quite a long time for our server to greet us and take our order. They brought out bread to our table about 25 minutes after we were seated, and it was four tiny pieces, each about the size of a silver dollar. I ordered my stake medium, but it came rare to medium rare. However, it was delicious.

We met Michelle who manages his fine restaurant at the door and she sat us promptly this past week for our reservations and dinner at 7:00.
Our waitress was absolutely the best. Very impressive on how she remembered all of the various different specials and appetizers. Never seen anybody rattle off so much information from the top of her head ..... The service was great in the appetizers all the way through the main course could not have been better... Our experience in food was just excellent. The hamburger is very good but I went with the pork chops which were the best I've ever had and one of my friends had the filet which you can't beat and several others had the lamb chops which were over the top. The great Ceasars salad in the lemon drop were the bomb! I could not say one thing bad about this experience. Everything was absolutely the best. They have mastered fine dining and the portions are extremely generous and unbelievably flavorful and tender. You got to try the place!
Vegetarian options: Have a salad but you're missing out on the good stuff. It's a meat place and it's the best.
Dietary restrictions: If you have these, I wouldn't go out to dinner. Just stay home and have your rice cake. The food here is just too good to put any restrictions on yourself.
Parking: It's a semi-strip multi setting but plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: I imagine so but, it's a pretty top of the line place. If you have good mannered children sure, take them there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely. Wheel yourself right in.

We made a reservation and drove up from Porterville. Our table was ready when we arrived. It was easy to find via Google Maps and parking was available. It is a rather dark atmosphere inside with dark wood and dark banquettes on the walls. The menu is not huge, but it is adequate to choose a number of items from and several specials were made known to us by our AMAZING server. Her name was Lauren. She took very excellent care of us. After perusing the menu, we decided that the Brussels sprouts sounded good and the bone marrow which was one of the specials Lauren had described to us, just on the merit that it was bone marrow, was also ordered. I ordered a stilton salad and my companion had the soup of the day which was a seafood chowder. While there was an amazing opportunity to try a delicious sounding pork tenderloin, we both opted for the Shawarma spiced lamb chops. The bone marrow came out hot and sizzling, and you can tell it was intended for one diner as there were only 3 pieces of small grilled crostini with it. It was super delicious. Fatty, flavorful, collagen loaded and gelatinous, just as it should be with a hint of lemon, garlic and parsley. I could have just sat and had them bring me marrow bones on repeat. They were just delicious. The Brussels sprouts were very good as well, with lots of bacon and the whipped goat cheese was so good, whipped so well, it was almost like soft butter! The stilton salad was not lacking in stilton, or in bacon. Unfortunately, I forgot to snap the photo. It was 3 wedges of romaine, lots of bacon, drizzled in a honey / syrup, with some pieces of pear and a couple of candied walnuts. To me, the walnuts and the pear, served to corners of the plate, were not a feature of the salad, and while they tasted very good, I'm not sure they were necessary. The main course which was the lamb chops, were absolutely beautiful and delicious. This plate has been very well thought out and presented. The seasoning was delicious and the cooking of those chops was perfection. Served on the Zaatar flatbread was so clever, and delicious. The roasted fingerling potatoes tasted like they literally just came out of the oven and the grilled vegetables had gotten just close enough to the roasted jalapeños to pick up some heat. They were just delicious and the plate came together so well with the drizzle of the tahini sauce. I think if I had gotten a glass of shiraz to pair with the meal, it would have just set it off perfectly! Unfortunately, we did not have room for dessert, but all we heard about was the bread pudding and how delicious it is. Next time, we will get dessert first and try it. Yes, next time, because we will definitely be back! Thank you Lauren for the amazing experience and service!

Excellent. That ribeye was the best I've ever had in any restaurant. Service was incredible. The bill was high, but it was worth every penny. My wife and I will definitely be coming back.
Cracked Pepper exudes a sense of quality. The entrees are large and plated well. The Rack of Lamb was filling and went excellently with the fries. Short ribs melted with each bite. The cookie and the bread pudding were outstanding

I love this place. But it is my Husband's FAVORITE. He loves the stuffed lobster. He loves the bread pudding. He loves the craft old fashions. I love the aged steak. I love the Mac n cheese. We go here every year for my husband's birthday. We love both inside and outside seating there. The wait staff are always so professional and knowledgeable. The hosts are always super friendly. Love coming here.
