08/22/2024-Crave Cookie in Fresno Riverside Dr. Marketplace. This place states it open at 10:00am. It’s 1:00pm now I have literally called this facility 30x trying to place an order for some cookies and the phone just continues to ring off the hook and go to answering machine. Is this a business? Do you guys have customers or even care? are you in the business of making money? Why don’t you hire some competent workers who pay attention to the phone and get a hang on your business before you go out of business. This is not the first time I have called in and your lazy workers just ignore customers phone calls. Wack business guidelines.

Super good cookies. Perfect amount of sweetness and still has the cookie flavor. Moist in the middle and super thick. 10/10. I recommend the Churro Cookie. This place is better than the other Cookie place lol

These cookies are 10000% better than the 'other' cookie shop chain with a C. So soft and chewy and WARM! I love the Churro- but my husband had the peanut butter oreo and it was SO good. A little savory-salty-sweet with an oreo in the middle! My daughter loves their chocolate chip. I had to go in because the drive thru is closed now (it looks like it anyway). It was a little sad looking inside- bare and not as cute as the cookies are- but we bought them and left and we were so happy! Thank you for good quality dessert!
Best cookies ever!!!! Churro Cookie is my personal favorite. The Rosas Milk goes perfect with the Cookies.

We went and got their samples tonight for the riverside event and their cookies were raw. Crumble was way better. Very sad and disappointing. Wont be going here again.

Ordered four cookies and the two that were eaten, there was a bite that tasted like straight up strong bitter chemical. They must have dropped something into the cookies. It was horrible. I threw the other two out. They also come completely undercooked and doughy half the time. I held out because they were my favorite comfort snack for a long time. After this last time though, I’m good. I miss when this was a small company and the girl who made them cared about quality.
I have to say, hands down these are some of the best cookies. Not to put other names on blast but these are better. They're not as sweet they're not overly iced and taste very fresh. Will continue to buy Crave cookies!
