My roommate and I went to CREAM and they were out of cones, out of some of the ice cream. Only one worker. Ice cream was okay.

Hands down the best ice cream place in Fresno.. the ice creams are decedent and creamy. An excellent selection of flavors. The mix of blueberry cheesecake and coffee ice cream is my favorite. Their hot fudge and mocha almond ice cream are the best sellers there.

Eh- ok. Asked for 2 large chocolate shakes. After I paid $22 I got this- asked the worker at the counter if this was a large and only after I paid he said this was the only size after acknowledging I had ordered a large. When I inquired about the larger sized cups behind the counter he said they were for sundaes- absolutely would’ve ordered something else at that point. Slightly better than a Carl’s Jr. shake which is the same size and half the price.

Makes sense why it's always empty. I want to like this place so bad, but the pricing and customer service is awful. This place has potential and after multiple chances I will even be choosing McDonald's oreo McFlurry over this place.

I'm giving this place 3 stars because the worker was awesome and was working solo and working his tail off! Also because the peppermint bark was pretty tasty as well. The coffee ice cream was "meh" and the mint ice cream was grainy and tasted too much like chemicals. I got the hot fudge sundae with a brownie that was pretty tasty but didn't make up for the poor ice cream. Inside of the store was clean and the place looked nice.

Really enjoyed CREAM! Their was a young man there by himself and handled a line in amazing time. He knew exactly how to make everything that everyone wanted and it looked like everyone left happy. He was pleasant and didn't let the long line bother him. Two thumbs up for him and quality of the desserts!

Hours show they close at 11. Showed up at 10:30 for my first time here and had the door locked in my face as I approached. Employee hid in the back and ignored the customers locked outside.

Posted hours are until 11pm. Saw the emoyee lock the doors at 10:30p as I pulled up. Several customers were greeted with a locked door while the employee hid in the back as I wrote this review. Probably won't be back.
It was so gross. Did not get past a few bites threw it away tasted old and freezer burn. I also got heath bar topping and it tasted salty & soft. That topping is supposed to be crunchy. Never going back. Disgusting.

I've given this ice cream shop a couple chances and honestly disappointed every time with flavor and customer service. This last time is my final time. I watched the employee scooping from the bin and it looked incredibly hard. I asked him if the ice cream is old and he replied with "no, all the ice cream is like this". Hmm okay, so I let it go and just pay $5.50 for my tiny one scoop in a cup. Once I try it in my car, I notice the freezer burn taste. I don't eat anymore but when I get home to look at it again and move it around, I see a tiny dead insect smashed into the ice cream. That's it for me. Please throw away old ice cream. Keep things fresh. This is unacceptable and for that price?! C'mon!

Had a little sweet tooth and ponder on this little shop, not so bad. It was nice that you get to choose 3 different flavoring of your choice, and the strawberry had to be my favorite..FYI- don't do fruity pebbles toppings, it just over powers the flavoring of the ice cream.
