We love this family friendly atmosphere. The service is always personable & kind. The food is made fresh with wholesome ingredients. Flavorful! You won't be disappointed. We reccomend the Fried Rice soup & Kung Pao Chicken. We honest have enjoyed everything we have eaten here.

If your point of reference for Chinese food is Panda Express, this place may be considered adequate. But, if you are craving real homestyle cooking, this is not the place for lunch. The lunch menu only included very generic offerings that I would not consider either Mandarin or Szechuan. The items we ordered were nice and fresh, but lacked any distinctive flavors other than somewhat stale oil. The "fried wonton" served with lunch was one piece of fried wonton wrapper topped with a bright red unidentifiable sauce. The service was adequate; but, with only one person running the front of the house, her attention was limited. Nonetheless, it was a cheap and filling lunch.

We were traveling through Fresno on our way to the west coast. We were driving around when we saw D’Hou and my dad said we could take a look at the menu to see what they’d have. When we went inside we were welcomed with great pleasure. Lynn, the owner, is an extreme sweet lady.She helped us with the menu and also with choosing the options. We had some small talk about where we were from and we told her we are from Holland. She was so enthusiastic, and started showing us pictures of her own vegetable garden and even made us try her self grown tomatoes.It really felt like getting home after being away for a while and that’s te feeling everyone deserves!And Lynn, if you see this, hello from Holland!
