The atmosphere is lively. Sports on mutiple TV video games. The new Arena game is fun! Do not order mixed drinks like margaritas or mojito they are gross barely edible stick with rum and coke, something simple. The food tastes like fast food. Its okay. Service was good but they dont have enough employees. So dont have high expectations. Food and drinks will be just okay.

Had an amazing birthday here, food was great, deink were good too though they were out of a lot of specialized cocktails. The game area was fun, a lot of the tickets prizes were kid oriented but that's okay. My only issue was there was only one air hockey table. Would definitely visit again.

My boyfriend and I visited this location for the first time and purchased the $20 Eat & Play combo. While the food and our waiter were excellent, things became frustrating when our game card didn’t work. When we tried to play our first game, the card declined and showed only two chips remaining. When we went to the WIN! store for assistance, the situation was mishandled by the manager, Mona. After reviewing our receipt and cards, she accused us of lying and insisted we had already used the chips. This accusation was made despite our waiter confirming it was an internal error and apologizing on behalf of the staff. Mona continued to be dismissive and unprofessional, even making inappropriate comments and laughing about the amount we paid for the combo. While Mona went to the back, multiple employees apologized for her behavior and acknowledged that she frequently has issues with customers. These employees kindly provided us with another card containing over 60 chips, which we greatly appreciated. Eventually, Mona returned and handed us two $10 game cards without any explanation or apology, stating only “here you go.” Being accused of something we did not do and spoken to the way we were was completely UNACCEPTABLE! What should have been a fun first visit turned into a very uncomfortable experience, and because of how unprofessional this situation was handled by MONA, we will not be returning to this location ever!!

The banquet hall here is quite nice! The staff were very professional and polite, they put on a good atmosphere. This is a good spot if you're a parent with children who want to grab a drink and food, and let your child play with the redemption games. If you're expecting to get down on a pinball table or take on some friends in a fighting game, this is not the place for you. Most of the game room is composed of mobile game ports and redemption machines, and the ones that are there are poorly maintained. Can't complain if that's the target market, but I wasn't compelled to spend on any of the games in the hall.

They took 1 and 1/2 hrs just to seat us and then 20 min to take our drink orders and then another 10 to take our order and I ordered the fish and shrimp basket and they ran out of shrimp,said they were gonna supplement me with another main instead they just gave me a total of 3 fish pieces the best thing about this place for me was the fries and thats not a good thing

We have been coming for years For one the bartenders here are rude now more than ever. Especially AMY she’s the rudest one multiple times.. Not welcoming at all. I’m here on a Monday November 24th 1030pm writing this review. I ordered my food at 11 and havnt seen a server since 11:13 and havnt seen her since I got here at 10:30. so I had to order from the bar & Also My food still isn’t here and I’ve been waiting more than 30 minutes so I Finally asked for the food & it came out cold & nasty than ever. We come here so often & these workers are just not it. Amy didn’t even give us napkins or utensils giving us our food. Horrible service she issued very rude. nobody that works here now cares about Here job anymore. I miss the old workers. it’s going down hill for sure.
I'm from Indonesia, I've never been here,I just often go around Google Maps,but I saw the food, the place and facilities look good and comfortable, there's also a playground and the food looks really delicious,I wish I could go there and taste the food

This was our first time at Dave and busters and the expirence was terrible, to start we were told there was hand hour and a half wait when we had reservations, when we were seated we were never give a menu at all, there were two inserts and that was all.30 mins later one of us got our meal but but it was incorrecy TWICE! and another 20 mins before the meal was brought to us. And the card to play games with 90% of the time would not read. just a terrible expierence all the way around. will be talking to management,management this is very unaccpetable.

Negatives : My salad was completely soggy and mushy by the time it came to the table and my son’s fries were so cold and stale that he wouldn’t eat them. Fried pickles were chewy, yuck! None of us ate more than 1/3 of what was on our plates because the food was cold, soggy, and gross. Once our waitress got our drinks and orders she never came to check on us or the food. Someone else brought the food and he never came back to the table either. We only ate what we did because we were so hungry and it was obvious we were on our own after the “drop and run” of our food. No manager or any other staff came around the area except the person who brought our food but he was serving another one of the waitress’s tables and we were not able to catch his attention. We were never offered refills on water or other drinks. Flies everywhere and a constant challenge to keep them off of our food. We finished and I have been sitting here so long waiting to get my check for food we hardly ate that I have allllll this time to write this review from our table.
Positives: the host at the front was cheerful and got us seated quickly, ;arcade games were over-priced but entertaining. I have never been to such a bad Dave and Busters.
Update: waitress just came to see if we were ready for our bill, I let her know the food was terrible. She said, and I quote, “so sorry, I’ll get your bill” and walked away. Then came back with a completely wrong bill and placed it on the table then walked away. Still trying to find someone helpful….
Update2: Randy the Manager was extremely nice and apologetic. He discounted the food and did what he could to make things right. Props to Randy, he’s a good dude.
