Don't go to Dave and Busters for the food or drinks- stick to the games. Meal was borderline disgusting. I thought a salad would be safe but what came out was a mix of all their signature salads- like someone just grabbed handfuls of veggies and threw them on the plate. Steak was inedible- tasted like precooked and frozen unknown meat. They served me a Long Island iced tea without alcohol. Sent it back but twice got a glass of lemon juice with coke mixed in- but charged me for the full bar drink. If arcades are your thing, just play the games and keep walking past the restaurant and bar.
This has to be the worst experience I have ever had! From the start, the server spilled drinks, on the birthday girl! Overpriced items, extra charges and hidden fees on our tab. One bill had a $3 fee for each playing card purchased and another bill had a $5 fee for playing cards. The server could not explain the discrepancy. I feel the server should have made us aware of any extra fees or charges to our bill. The amount of money spent on this dinner was outrageous. The service and discrepancies we had, definitely not worth it. Safe to say, we will NOT be back!!
First off, my bad for booking a table on the same day as the NFL playoffs. The place was crawling with jersey-clad folks that were perfectly friendly but loud as hell. This included an entire section of LA RAMS fans with a DJ. The service we received was less than adequate. We ordered water for everyone and took 7 11 year old kiddos to play arcade games but received no water. Our kids needed to get a drink and we were forced to stalk the server, only to still not get any water. I had a parent volunteer to get water for us from the bar. This continued throughout our couple hours there. Food was delivered to the table but no napkins or cutlery. Drinks were delivered but given to whomever was at the table. I paid for everything including the gratuity but I will not be hosting an event there again ever. My department had mediocre service in August and I hoped this was a one-off event. I guess we are going back to BJ's or Lazy Dog.
This was my first time here. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Felt welcomed. I will definitely be back soon,
Had to wait a long time even with a reservation, they were understaffed so service took a little bit too long but the food was delicious
My experience at Dave & Buster's was absolutely terrible. I book an appointment for 3:15, was seated by 3:20. It took 20 minutes for the waiter to come and greet us once we were at the table, Another 15 minutes to get our waters. We've been sitting at the table for almost 40 minutes at this point and have seen the waiter a total of 2 times. Wants to apologize to us about not greeting us in a timely manner, The second to bring us our waters and Shirley temples I ordered for my 3 children. At this point we finally get to put in our order for food. and it came out fairly quickly in comparison to the rest of our evening at Dave & Buster's. But unfortunately two of the six available items for the play and eat combo were unavailable. So we had to change our order shortly after submitting it. Chicken fingers were tiny and very stringy. The fish and chips weren't terrible, The burger was actually really good. In the middle of our meal my wife and I decided to put in an order for a drink at the bar through our waiter. We waited another 30 minutes for our drink to arrive at our table before we left for our kids to go play. And the drinks never even showed up, so we mentioned to the waiter as we were getting ready to head towards the games and told him to cancel the drinks. At this point he told us he was going to charge us for three extra sauces that we were given and didn't even ask for. Including a sauce that was supposed to come in the chicken finger meal that was never even included with the plate. I will never come back. I spent about $150 here to enjoy my evening with my kids and my wife and I will never give you guys another chance. Terrible dining experience.
The atmosphere is lively. Sports on mutiple TV video games. The new Arena game is fun! Do not order mixed drinks like margaritas or mojito they are gross barely edible stick with rum and coke, something simple. The food tastes like fast food. Its okay. Service was good but they dont have enough employees. So dont have high expectations. Food and drinks will be just okay.

Had an amazing birthday here, food was great, deink were good too though they were out of a lot of specialized cocktails. The game area was fun, a lot of the tickets prizes were kid oriented but that's okay. My only issue was there was only one air hockey table. Would definitely visit again.

My boyfriend and I visited this location for the first time and purchased the $20 Eat & Play combo. While the food and our waiter were excellent, things became frustrating when our game card didn’t work. When we tried to play our first game, the card declined and showed only two chips remaining. When we went to the WIN! store for assistance, the situation was mishandled by the manager, Mona. After reviewing our receipt and cards, she accused us of lying and insisted we had already used the chips. This accusation was made despite our waiter confirming it was an internal error and apologizing on behalf of the staff. Mona continued to be dismissive and unprofessional, even making inappropriate comments and laughing about the amount we paid for the combo. While Mona went to the back, multiple employees apologized for her behavior and acknowledged that she frequently has issues with customers. These employees kindly provided us with another card containing over 60 chips, which we greatly appreciated. Eventually, Mona returned and handed us two $10 game cards without any explanation or apology, stating only “here you go.” Being accused of something we did not do and spoken to the way we were was completely UNACCEPTABLE! What should have been a fun first visit turned into a very uncomfortable experience, and because of how unprofessional this situation was handled by MONA, we will not be returning to this location ever!!

The banquet hall here is quite nice! The staff were very professional and polite, they put on a good atmosphere. This is a good spot if you're a parent with children who want to grab a drink and food, and let your child play with the redemption games. If you're expecting to get down on a pinball table or take on some friends in a fighting game, this is not the place for you. Most of the game room is composed of mobile game ports and redemption machines, and the ones that are there are poorly maintained. Can't complain if that's the target market, but I wasn't compelled to spend on any of the games in the hall.

Too noise, expensive games and food. People have little choice in family entertainment.
This was a great place to spend time on Thanksgiving Day. Great service and attention to food allergies. We enjoyed the ambience and the food was delicious and healthful.
