Worst service ever!!! They were short staff and they moved us to 3 different tables before we could even order!! Then it took them 30 minutes to make us 2 cocktails because the bar was behind according to a waitress that wasn't ours but had no problem being rude and literally yelling at us. In part because the music was so loud!!! Went for the special eat and play but was told you had to read the fine print because it was only on certain days and times!! Everything was over price and food didn't taste good. Will not return ever!!!

Although we were seated right away I could observe that there was an issue when I saw that the manager made a gesture to our hostess. I was happy to move if we needed to but the manager made arrangements for us to stay in that section. We did have a large party(19 guests) and our food took extremely long to get to us. I understand that because of the size of our group it would take long. The food came out in sections unfortunately our last guest was served about an hour and a half later and all she had ordered was a salad. Our server tried to do the best she could to keep up with refills. I can truly say we are a pretty easy going group and don't require much at the table other than the occasional refill. It was an ok experience overall. I just won't book another large size party at this particular location.

I order a Hamburger that looks bigger in the menu, it wasn't as big but had good taste, didn't get me all full but at least leave some room for desert, my kids defitenely love it! Nice amount of diferent games we are for sure coming back.

When I arrived I sat at check in for 10 minutes while multiple staff walked by and no one greeted me or asked me about being seated. Then one finally came to me and asked if so had been helped and I told her I had a reservation and she called who so think to be a manager. He proceeded to ask me if I had a reservation through open table which I confirmed. He checked and stated my name which I confirmed and he proceeded to tell me I was late. At that time I let him know that I had been standing there for 15 minutes which when so sat I realized it was 10 minutes. He proceeded to show me two options of seating and I chose high tables near the game because it was my granddaughter's bday. As we were walking he stopped the waiter for that area and asked him for a table for 8 and the waiter mentioned another waiters name in a different section the manager asked him again but you could tell the waiter did not want to wait my table. The manager then proceeded to sit me and said he would find a waiter that wanted to work and they would be with me shortly. We ended up with the bartender as our waiter and it started off pleasant. At one point my husband had to go to bar to get napkins and over hear a disagreement between her and I other employee, she cagily acknowledged him and then continued arguing with the person and shortly after brought bar napkins to our table. Unfortunately, this is the second time in two months that I have been there and service has been below standard. I spent over $400 in total at this Venue for 8 people and think that there is a gap in customer service at this location. Food was great and the games were fun.

Party of 6, everything was on one tab that my husband and I were in charge of our server knew it was one tab server came to our table and put the receipt up high for our whole table to see and read the amount out loud “two hundred thirty something dollars.” Our guest were uncomfortable and immediately felt like they had to pay. We also had to get up to get a refill on our drinks. Other than that our experience was ok.
Had a reservation they sat us 20 minutes later only because we asked again they sat us down for over 15 minutes with no menus or anything.. everyone else got sat and handed a menu.so we got up and left

Our waitress Damiana was great! Food came fast and she knew exactly who had what. My kids love this place and us adults love then drinks and ambience.

TGIF at Dave and Busters this Nrw Yorker in Fresno gives it two thumbs all the way turnt up. The establishment was on point looks like they got a renovation. More lights and more music more vibes happening there. They do offer specials and wide variety menu. The drinks, the appetizers, the entrees, the desserts and the games were all on point. My family was visiting from out the local area. We all had the best time ever at Dave and Busters. I encourage you to go there and check it out yes I'm telling you either go solo, go with friends and have the best time at Dave and Busters in Riverpark.
