Went through drive thru 4/9/24 at 9:17pm. Ordered 2 small snack size soft tacos, 1 regular hard shell taco and a red bean and cheese burrito. Got home to open the bag to 3 hard shell tacos! I was looking forward to the soft tacos too. I don’t wanna drive back because I’m too tired! Drive thru needs to listen more and not rush to take peoples orders. Want a refund!

So good!I accidently messed up my order on the app and Raul at the register fixed it all up. Super friendly, and he's helping out all the other guests.Also, If you haven't tried the double del cheeseburger you are missing out! Sorry i ate it before I had a chance to take a picture. ???

Waited in store for 20 mins for an online order I had placed 20 mins before arriving. They take your money right as you hit order but don’t start making until you get there. This made me late for a meeting and I will not be going there

01/23/24 1415I ordered 4 del tacos with extra lettuce, charging $.89 cents for each taco. Charging me almost $4 for extra lettuce.Worker explained “They put extra lettuce in the tacos.” I had to grab the taco & show the worker there was no extra lettuce.Below is the pic of the taco supposedly having extra lettuce.They gave me 1 lil cup of lettuce. I told them you charged me $4 for lettuce, I would need 3 more of those.They only had given me 1 more. Really ridiculous charging me $4 for extra lettuce.It’s not like the charge of the lettuce comes out of their paychecks. Just give me the lettuce. I paid for it!Don’t come to this place. Waste of time. I should have went to a real to have tacos.
Well, we came here with a coupon, the guy at the counter told us it's a $5.29 upcharge for asada steak, but the coupon said chicken OR Asada steak. WTH, are you charging extra for steak, when the coupon says either one. No customers inside, well, with the exceptionof the homeless man with his comforter right by the door. NOT SURPRISED THAT THIS SYORE HAS BEEN LOOSING BUSINESS. Don't come to this location, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OVERCHARGED!!!

For dinner today, I enjoyed Del Taco with a friend. The experience was pleasant - a clean and relatively quiet atmosphere despite ongoing renovations. The food was satisfying, contributing to an overall solid dining experience.
