Air conditioner has not been working for awhile. I feel do bad for the employee working there. She was miserable. We took out food to go, we could not eat in there as it was easy too hot.

Came in today to order a hot pastrami sandwich with beer, battered fries, and a soda. After getting my order to go and returning home, I discovered that my order was incorrect. I returned only to be told by the owner of the deli delicious that it was my responsibility to check my order before leaving. I never received an apology for the mistake nor did she take any ownership to the simple air that occurred. She was incredibly unprofessional and rude and I would not recommend anyone going there. I will say the atmosphere is nice. The beer batter fries were good, but I highly recommend if you are going to order from here to check your food because they will not give you a refund without harassing you

Me and my husband have been coming to this one for years, when the young man was working there, he always made sure our sandwiches were the fresh, latey it’s been the owners or the main managers, the lady and her husband I’m assuming, I went twice in one week, they don’t seem friendly, there always starring, and they don’t make the sandwich right, it’s like there using old bread, today I went back and ate my sandwhich I couldn’t finish it, because my bread was very dry and my ends were hard. It was gross. I noticed it before but I thought I’d give them a chance, but there a little rude. I’m good. And I used to love this place.

awful lol. the lady accused me of have a fake twenty and then proceeded to grease up my fries, not to mention they weren’t even the correct ones. and when i said grease up i mean it. when she handed me my soda cup she got mustard all over it and proceeded to make some other persons sandwich with the same gloves.

Went in 20 minutes before they closed, and they decided to give me attitude for ordering so late, and when i ordered a salad they gave me croutons that were expired since October 2nd, 2024.. Another location other than this would have been better

This is almost an unfair post. Because I am a deli delicious fan. And I have been for years. Trying to eat healthy on the go is not easy so I am thankful for DD
Worst chef salad. Little amount of meat and the ranch was disgusting. I honestly think they watered it down to save money. No other Deli Delicious has ranch the watery. Waste of money.

It is currently 111° outside and to avoid heating up my own kitchen, I decided to make my first visit to the Shields Deli Delicious. Never again will I spend my money at an establishment that remains open and requires an employee to remain and work in UNBEARABLE conditions. The soda/ice machine was overheated.and inoperable, 2/3 of the menu screens were blank, and it had to have been over 100° inside. I felt SO BAD even ordering, and people did walk in and out as I was standing there and I should have done the same. Shout out to the sweet guy who made my sandwich in spite of his own misery, and who was probably afraid to prioritize his own health by closing and going home for fear of the consequences. Shame on you Neda Zakeni! The health department and OSHA should be informed!
