The service we received left much to be desired. My wife and I ordered a large sandwich to share; as we always do. Been coming to this Deli D since it opened. We told the woman(Jessica) taking our order we wanted half the sandwich with all fixings, and the other half with only certain ingredients. When I looked at the receipt after the transaction was complete I noticed she charged me for two separate sandwiches! When I inquired she said it's always been that way. No it hasn't! She never bothered to inform us that getting different toppings would make the one large sandwich two small sandwiches. She didn't seem like she wanted to be there, which matched her lack of customer service. This Deli D lost our future business.

Before a greeting or anything else, it's "it'll be 15-20 minutes before we make it - is that ok?" Nobody was in line, everyone else was sitting & eating; I could only see the people who had just ordered as waiting. Two guys working - how long could it take to make a couple sandwiches? When that is the first thing you're greeted with, that means to me - we don't really care if you stay; so I left.

Usually I come in and greeted politely. Today wasn't the case. I was greeted by a very rude employee who immediately without me even saying hello stated "it's gonna be a 20 min wait" I stated ok and asked if they were really swamped and made a comment about possibly doing a Mobile order ahead of time next time, just trying to make small talk and she rudely answered "it doesn't matter your still going to have to wait 20 mins" I said no that's fine I don't mind. She proceeded to be very rude throughout my order. Overall she had a crappy attitude and made my experience there very unpleasant. She proceeded to treat the gentleman behind me with that same attitude. I'm big on treating people politely and because of her rudeness I will not return to this location.

Never going back here again, there was literally 1 lady ahead of me and she ordered 1 sandwhich and i ordered 2 sandwhichs. It took them 20 MINUTES to makes 3 sandwhichs. That is ridiculous, whoever the owner is needs to fire those 2 girls and replace them with people who actually do their jobs.

Every now and then I'll crave deli delicious beer battered fries and their ranch. I don't know what's in the ranch but it is perfect. Perfect consistency, perfect seasoning it always hits the spot. I went and got a large salami, avocado and sprout on white bread with everything. The sandwich and the fries totally hit the spot. The only thing I would've liked changed in the sandwich is if the cream cheese went all the way to the edge of the bread so that way I could enjoy the taste of the cream cheese and salami mixture in every bite. Don't get me wrong the sandwich was still delicious. I will definitely go back. I was in and out in no time even though there was a line. The employees were super fast. It's a nice clean atmosphere, every employee I came in contact with made eye contact and smiled.

Sign on the menu board directly over the cash register advertising any size Meatball Sandwiches as "The Manager's Special". Upon trying to order the same, I am advised that the franchise no longer offers meatball sandwiches! Walked out without ordering. False advertising.

The worst. Went in just now. Asked for a simple sandwich with dry salami. They have no dry salami. No apology. Rude owner Had to came over and give me a dirty look - like I should apologize for asking for a menu item. SaveMart is in the same shopping center. It's only noon. Go buy some dry salami or take the item off of the menu.

Super delicious, I was always a subway gal until I got introduced to this place. Anytime I crave a sandwich I come here. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The staff is friendly and the food was good, but it took 20 minutes from order to sandwich in hand. If you only have a 30 minute lunch, you may want to look elsewhere for your food.
If I'm being honest I actually gave the deli around the corner a review I meant to give this one. I do go to both depending on who's closer but today the manager on duty here and the staff were absolutely amazing. Super fast and even though they were busy they were all friendly and the place was very clean. Will definitely be coming back to this particular deli more often. Appreciate the great service.

I bought sweet potato fries on the side and they gave me a half filled cup.... I understand prices have gone up but at least give enough for the customer to get full on.

Decent subs, nothing to write home about. Good ingredients and nice selection of subs. Service at this location is hit or miss and if you ask me these subs are overpriced for what they are dishing out. Good in a pinch, but if you want a real sub go to Piemonte's, Capriotti's or Sam's.

One of the best sub shops in Fresno. Consistency and Quality best describes Deli Delicious. Every location and everything on their menu is delicious. Sub shops come and go, but Deli Delicious is here to stay. Thanks DD -- you're the BEST!!!
