I ordered the turkey, avocado and sprouts with Swiss and it was so good, they added extra avocados which I didn’t ask for but was very nice of them, there always greeting their customers with respect and they have music to make it a fun place, they have so much parking and you get what you paid for, i recommend this deli to everyone and you will enjoy your experience here

If I can give them a zero, I would! The owner messed up on my order, didn’t give me what I asked for. Called her to let her know & she wanted me to take my sandwich back after I drove 30 min. away. I told her to just reimbursed the difference. And said she couldn’t do that. And had the nerve to hang up on me. She gave me a plain tuna sandwich and charged me for a Tuna, avocado & sprout sandwich. That lady is ripping people off, she gets her money. But doesn’t give what is asked for after she repeated the three times. How can you get it wrong?!

The owner was so rude to my wife they made all 3 of our sandwiches incorrect ! When we called in to speak to management the owner was very rude and hung up on my wife ! I will never goback to this place Rude and disrespectful !

Okay came to this deli after so long and am so disappointed. Our order completely wrong. Ordered the avocado sprouts and cream cheese, got old sprouts in it, didn’t get extra anything. I also got the chipotle chicken and dried up chicken. Asked for all the works and even asked for extra onions, didn’t even get a single one. Asked for extra pickles, barely got any. Spent $40 for some BS Food. I wouldn’t never want to go back to this deli. They used to be so good and now it’s just terrible.
This deli’s food is good. The staff was fast at making my order and the owner is very kind. I tried the chipotle chicken and it was perfect and I will come back again to eat. Everyone should come here and try their food and you will love it.

I ordered a French Dip with jack cheese. Not only was the sandwich mostly bread with hardly any meat, but the jack cheese was missing. I called to complain and the girl who took my call said she personally made my sandwich and said the jack cheese melted into the mayo. What a load of crap!. If the sandwich had cheese it should have melted onto the meat which was basically not there. This will be the last time I go there. Very disappointing. They really have gone down hill. Used to be an awesome place to eat.

Got the medium french dip ,when I opened the box it literally had 2 slices of meat I had to combine all the meat to have a half of sandwich, so sad waste of my money and time will never go back !

This place used to be my family's go to sandwich shop. I noticed after the previous staff members left (i was a regular) and they had a whole new team is when things went downhill. The staff here is inexperienced and incompetent. The owner, neglectful. Ordered here for my mom, to wait 45 mins for 2 items, saw the insane # of tickets piling up, then asked for a refund. This cashier then called the owner IN FRONT OF ME asking "how do I issue a refund with card?" I'm like are you kidding me?! Why isn't the owner even here! They left the employees scrambling; with absolutely no leadership. The food is mediocre but the real nightmare is lack of management. I feel bad for the workers who are not trained. No wonder this place has high turnover! This location is not good, other locations are better. RUN. Do not waste your money.

Ordering online you will not get your food at its expected time. I’ve ordered on two separate occasions online for my 30 minute lunch. First time I was told my the worker that my “pick up” time is the time they are expected to start the order; I received my food 25 mins late when I had ordered an hour prior. No other customers inside and the workers have no sense of urgency or care towards the customers and their orders and are more than likely just standing and talking. Very similar experience with my second order, had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my sandwich that took 4 minutes to make because the “printer broke” when my order was confirmed by the store prior to me picking up my order. Very disappointed with the service and recommend any other deli delicious than this location.
