The asian lady is the owner that why she’s so rude to her customers. I asked to speak with a manger or someone else and she said she was the owner… I definitely will be going to the one on Herndon for now on… she is beyond rude and need some customer service training asap …

Terrible service. I had placed an order for 2 large footlong sandwiches. One worker was sitting very visibly on the counter on his phone and he didn’t even get up to help his coworker until after about 2 more customers came in after me. They also had served those two groups of customers their food before me, when I had placed my order first. 25 minutes for a sandwich is unreal. I guess the food was good but I mean I’d hope so, how do you mess up a sandwich.

I’ve been ordering at deli delicious for a long time and it’s my 2nd time ordering at this location.
I ordered ahead of time but I got my order after 45 mins of the time I set for pick up.
The fries is a bit more salty than usual.

This Deli Delicious is very clean and the staff are very friendly. I love that it is just 2 min from my house. This is by far my favorite Deli Delicious unit.

Went there today, may 7th, 2025, for the first time. Fresh and clean inside and out. Fast friendly service. No lie, The BEST sandwich I've ever had. Sorry subway but it's over... I've moved on ...

So i only write rhese reviews when it warrants it and let me say if you want your order done wrong please come here with high ecpectations of just that.i asked for extra oil in my sandwich and got not a drop of oil in my sandwich.this is the last time ill be coming to this shop..my whole order was wrong and just feel they should pay attention to customer orders..

I’ve been a loyal customer at Deli Delicious because of their great customer service and consistently clean store. However, I’ve noticed an ongoing issue with food handling that concerns me. Employees frequently use the same gloves while handling different ingredients, touching surfaces like the fridge, and then going back to making sandwiches.
Most recently, I placed an order ahead of time to avoid the lunch rush. When I got to work, I realized my turkey bacon sandwich was missing the bacon. I went back, and while the employee at the counter was very helpful and quickly fixed the issue, I noticed she used the same gloves she had been using for other tasks, leaving oil residue on the sandwich box and then proceeding to handle vegetables for other orders without changing gloves.
I called the manager to share my concerns professionally and kindly. While she acknowledged the issue and said she’d talk to the team, I felt the response was dismissive. As someone with gut issues, proper food handling is really important to me.
I truly appreciate the great customer service and cleanliness of the store, but I hope they take glove-changing and cross-contamination concerns more seriously moving forward.

I tried to order. Turkey and sprouts. They asked me what kind of cheese once I told them they said, oh, by the way, we are out of sprouts?

This store does a sneaky auto-tip at their store! Just stay away! So infuriating that these restaurants are getting so desperate to pad their pockets beyond their already high prices 😡
This is the worst Deli Delicious I've ordered from. They are the only ones that skimp on the meats. Nothing but bread and veggies. The Tower and Jensen locations are the best in my opinion.

Giving this location a 2 star for what is most likely bad management. Dining area was closed at 7:05pm (55min early.. really?), they only had 1 bread option available, and no fries. The first reason I’m certain is due to staffing and unwillingness to schedule enough closers. The 2nd and 3rd reasons could be due to a missed delivery or unexpected demand, either way it just ruins the experience and makes me not want to visit this location even though I live right behind the location. I would have given 5 stars since the sandwich was pretty good and the staff were nice…but because of the reasons above, it’s just not worth leaving a good review.
