I received 2 different orders from the Fig Garden Village location. The first order included a cheese sandwich with no meat. The sandwich that arrived was All lunch meat NO cheese. The second order we ordered tuna sandwiches. No Tuna sandwiches were delivered. I called and spoke with the employee. I asked to speak with the manager or someone in charge. I was told no manager was on duty. The customer service was seriously lacking. Very unprofessional. We were not given a refund.

Despite the cashier being very courteous my two meatball sandwiches were slow to be made and ice cold. I thought it would be obvious to the staff that a meatball sandwich should be toasted and hot when served but apparently it's not. I was very disappointed with the service at this particular Deli Delicious.

The staff is horribly rude especially over the phone. The food is good, but even if you call in, they never have food ready in a reasonable time. It's just sad, because I like the food.

I got out of the box.....We had the pesto chicken sandwich with mozzarella ...very delicious sandwich...must be eaten when it's warm..that was a suggestion by my sales clerkI work in Fig Garden very nice location
I enjoyed the turkey, bacon, avocado with mayo and pickles on a wheat bun today. The food was fresh and crisp tasting, and the fries were great. They did however mess up my wife's order. Small mistake, but attention to detail is key.

I went here for the first time on Sunday and I absolutely loved the service. The girl who attended me was Daisy and she was one of the sweetest girls. She attended me with such kindness and I didn’t feel rushed to order. The food also didn’t take too long to be made. I will definitely plan on going here again in the future!

Rude , rude , rude Daisy the cashier didn't acknowledge us she continued sweeping her floor and had us standing there, I said "I'm ready and she didn't acknowledge me. After ringing us up she didn't give us a reciept she simply started at the window. Thus location is in fig garden village and I expect a little better customer service. We usually don't come to this location for that very reason. Highly dissapointed

The last few times at this location the service has been slow and inefficient. The most recent time our order was missed and we had to ask for status. Something seems to have changed with the staff. It is under new ownership?
