Have been coming here (Champlain and Perrin location) for a very long time, always split my kids ham and salami as my youngest only gets meat, cheese and mayo and older one gets the same plus lettuce. Told they no longer accommodate a "split sandwich" as this is 2 separate sandwiches. So for a 6yr old I have to pay full price to have less items on her sandwich..... ridiculous. Will be heading down the street to Mr Pickles which is as accommodating as Deli D used to be. So sad.

Will not be coming back. If they want to talk. Make sure they do not have orders. I don’t need them putting the wrong thing in my sandwich. I’ve already found a screw in my Deli delicious sandwich BEFORE.

It should not take 20 minutes to make a sandwich. This location is severely understaffed. Two people making walk in orders and online orders. Got a refund as I couldn’t stand waiting. Tip: Hire more employees. Disappointing as i live next to this location and will not
