Have been coming here (Champlain and Perrin location) for a very long time, always split my kids ham and salami as my youngest only gets meat, cheese and mayo and older one gets the same plus lettuce. Told they no longer accommodate a "split sandwich" as this is 2 separate sandwiches. So for a 6yr old I have to pay full price to have less items on her sandwich..... ridiculous. Will be heading down the street to Mr Pickles which is as accommodating as Deli D used to be. So sad.
This deli makes the best sandwiches and sweet potato fries and lettuce wraps….no other deli can match !!

April 3 2024 4:12pm. Girls just standing around talking. It’s ridiculous and embarrassing for such an establishment. They are not paying attention to what they are doing. Ridiculous. Will not be coming back. If they want to talk. Make sure they do not have orders. I don’t need them putting the wrong thing in my sandwich. I’ve already found a screw in my Deli delicious sandwich BEFORE.

It should not take 20 minutes to make a sandwich. This location is severely understaffed. Two people making walk in orders and online orders. Got a refund as I couldn’t stand waiting. Tip: Hire more employees. Disappointing as i live next to this location and will not

I hate this place. Never consistent. Came here 3 times and Azula was making my sandwich perfectly. Then I come back on a Saturday morning and 3 young girls are working and the sandwich took 25 minutes for a mini because they couldn’t seem to get it right. This was right after their manager left too. It’s disappointing and I’m not going to go somewhere where I have to check every time that my order is correct. Azula deserves a raise and should give the rest of the staff some training. It’s disappointing that she doesn’t work all the time.

This was my go to location, whether it was dine in or ordering through the different delivery apps available. I would appreciate the consistency if it meant my orders being correct. They’re more consistent with preparing my orders wrong and/or missing items completely. Do the employees read the tickets they’re preparing? It wouldn’t seem so. Whoever is in charge over there needs to be present more & oversee this stuff. This isn’t a once in a blue moon mistake. This is consistently happening with my delivery orders.
