There are at least three other sandwich places within walking distance. I prefer this store. The wait time is not too long considering they are busy and prices are good for what you get. Lobby and outdoor seating is kept clean. The street it is located on is designed for foot traffic and is nicely landscaped.

Staff is very accommodating and very friendly. I've been here many times and they are always greeting everybody with a smile. It is great for dining in or taking out and you can always order ahead. It is conveniently located in a centralized area in downtown. Pretty close to a few parks around and then also have FCC and other great stores and thrift stores nearby.Stop by if you're ever hungry.

Everytime I have visited I was welcomed and the sandwhiches were made perfect and fresh. I enjoy this location for the good sandwhiches. Will return and recommend you give it a try.????
