Coming in Christmas evening obviously there will be some minor issues. I ordered a t bone steak and was given a sirloin. ABEL THE MANAGER went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix the situation. Still gave me the order that was wrong AND a Tbone and Free Drink.. I tried to tell him no and he INSISTED!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Thank you ABEL I APPRECIATE YOU!

Came in, checked in. Said for two and I asked the host (a chick with burnt hair, had pigtails) how long of a wait, she said 20mins, I said ok that’s good. She said ok. I asked the host was that all. She said yes. We waited, about 30mins passed and people who came after us were getting a table. I went to ask about our table, turns out the host didn’t put us down. And we were gonna have to wait at the bottom of the list. Which was gonna be another 10mins. No apologies or admitted to the mistake. We got up and left, came to IHOP instead very good service with no wait time.
