I had an incredible experience at Denny’s today! The customer care was outstanding — the staff was so friendly and made sure I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. The service was quick, and the team went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to find a place where the hospitality is this good, and it definitely made my visit memorable. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great food and even better service! OMG! THEY WERE SLOW. NOBODY IN THERE. MY FOOD CAME OUT COLD!!!! IT TOOK SOME TIME. I HAD THEY ROASTED TURKEY DINNER. NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN. THE COOKS WERE LISTENING TO MUSIC AND TALKING. AGAIN FOOD WAS COLD. I DID NOT WANT TO PUT A STAR BUT THAT WAS THE ONLY WAY TO POST THIS.

Excellent service! They were clearly short-handed, but our server Laura was doing the jobs of 2-3 people by herself with a great attitude and a smile on her face the whole time. She deserves a raise!

The red haired manager sucks. She comes in and barley helped the 2 servers who had several tables. People waited to be seated and she ignored them. The bathroom is disgusting and needs attention. After informing her she didn't even check. She needs to step it up or hire more employees. From my point of view she is the issue. The servers were busting ass balancing so much at once.

I saw very poor service today. About 2 to 3 staff members were working ahead but perhaps no one noticed me or I was being deliberately ignored. They know he's a door-dash driver, so why bother working for him? They didn't even give me any time. You should at least tell people the time: it could take 5 minutes, 10 minutes, or 15 minutes. After that, I can either stand there or leave. You guys have other stores like Shields and Black Stone and Herndon and Black Stone, you should learn something from their service.
