The food at his location is always great. There was a large banquet gathering, so the service was slow but good.

The waiter had my husband's order wrong. Even showed him on menu. One thing was still missing. He basically threw it on our table and took off. A few minutes later he brings to go containers and a bag. Doesn't say anything. More minutes go by, he drops off our bill like he is mad. Never comes back ever to see if we needed anything or to take our money. Very bad service. So sad, one other table had people. My food was good, but just a bad experience we will never go back. But I am sure no one will care.

Ordered calazone double pepperoni el forno style with sauce on the side. They ruined the order by putting the sauce in it. I went back so they could correct it, and they didn't add the double pepperoni! Will NOT be back there. Now I understand why that location on West Clinton is dead and why dining was closed early.

Calzones were greasy Ravoli was hard when I called to make complaint was hung up on by manager and kitchen manager. Very rude unprofessional restaurant. Food was gross. I wouldn't do it

I would give this palce 6 star Went to de cico after church and we got there they sat us down and the food was really good they have really good pizza. and our waitress was amazing she was funny and brought are food fast and she was really friendly. she deserves a raise

We love our local Diciccos! Food always hits the spot. We love the pizza and the pasta are amazing. Great old school vibe in the restaurant. Service is hit or miss depending on who you get. Great spot to take the fam when craving pizza and Italian food 😁

I simply called to ask what time they closed and the woman on the phone raised her voice at me and rudely told me i called earlier to ask the same thing which i didn’t, and she didn’t know what time they closed. Sounded like an older woman i hope not one of the owners i refused to even place an order with that type of customer service. Don’t go here there are other locations with way better service.

Used to be good now it's gone downhill everything just tastes like Italian cardboard with tomato sauce.
