PLEASE READ YOUR MENU PRICE AND READ THE RECIPT BEFORE PAYING!!The review is here because at the end when we needed to pay, me and a partner were handing them the money to pay for our food, and our total was $45, however my partner payed $26 (a $20, $5, and $1) but i payed $26 on my card and i handed them an extra $3 (not as a tip), so it was $55 in total we payed, me and my partner caught on something wasn't right and went back, turns out they "lost" or that we "dropped" the $6 my partner payed and only had the $20 and the $3 i gave(which was still $49 from what the total was of $45), the cashier that originally we payed to was not there and was another cashier (both female) which was backing up the original cashier like if she was there( she was not), and they were giving us an attitude like if we were talking nonsense and wasting their time while giving us some rude face expressions. me and my partner asked for the managers number to see and hopefully fix what's going on, but was told "we cannot because the managers number is privet, but you can leave your number here to give to her" we even tried to ask for footage to see that we were right but again they had no access to that as they said. at the end they turned their backs on us to answer a call and act as if all of that is normal. me and my partner had great experiences with the other DiCicco's just this one in particular is the worst so far we advise to avoid and go to another to actually enjoy your day and meal.

The food quality is very different from other locations. We ordered the Scarface and it wasn't even warm and the chicken had lots of nerves in it. When we brought this to the attention of our waitress she did nothing to fix the problem. I have ordered the same plate for the same price at the location in Old Town Clovis and there it tasted fresh and was great quality. We mentioned this to the waitress and she said each have different owners and Di Cicco are the same. It's just sad how you can pay the same price for a meal that is super tasty and one that was rushed and cold.

SoI ordered take out.It was 3 meals the girl said it was 61.70... My mother goes to pick up the Meals And they tell her it's ninety one and some change.... So she tells the girl they told my daughter it was sixty one something... The girl responds with that's not what I told her it was ninety one something... So my mother asked if she could see a menu they tell her we just handed the last menu out.... Then my mother asked.Can I get a itemized receipt?She said you.Can... you have to sit and wait ten or fifteen minutes... So my mom pays it And comes home tells me. .... I called down there and tell her the problem.Not only are they rude and Unapologetic...... They said there were two pams that called in orders .... Then you think you would check because my mom's telling you, i only ordered 3 meals?That's not the right amount..??.. Well we didn't receive the other pam's order because we didn't have ninety one dollars worth of food.... You think you would check if you had two of the same named orders.... Top it off the person I was talking to was the manager named Sarah..... I am a server.I would never treat anyone the way they treated my mother or myself.... I will never step foot back in there..... With a manager like that it's a wonder they have any business at all... Never once said sorry for the mix up or.I apologize. Just flat rude.......

Valerie gave me the best Experience ever at an Italian restaurant. Her customer service was outstanding. She was very welcoming and very honest. She attended to my every need. I thank God for waitresses like this. I will be coming back as long as she is working!!

Di Cicco's Sunnyside is our absolute favorite restaurant. We go every Saturday night. The food is always first class and the service is fabulous. Val is the best waitress ever. There is nothing they won't do for you. Everyone should give it a try. The halibut is always perfect.Parking: Plenty of parking.

The food was not that well prepared...service was slow...but found out that they were short personnel in the kitchen and there was only one waitress for the whole place...and there was a party of about 12-15 people with children.

Food was fresh and tasty! We had Eggplant Parmesan and a Bow tie and grilled veggie entree. Delicious! Service was great! We went for an early dinner and enjoyed the quiet, by the time we left, it was evident that it was a popular restaurant! We will return!
Dark little spot. Not very welcoming from the outside. But the ambiance was chill and had calm vibe. We went about 3pm in between lunch and dinner rushes. We were the only ones there eating. My husband and I had the complete attention from our waitress, who was very engaging and knowledgeable of the restaurant history and menus at this and other the other locations. The food was superb. Couldn't not have have a better experience. Entrees came out hot and fresh, flavor was perfection. Would like to try the other DiCicco's just to compare now that the bar is set high.

Alright, so I've been coming to this DiCiccos for over 30years & needless to say it's always been a hit or miss! I stopped coming in because it was getting bad. So, my son & I stopped in for dinner last night (been roughly 3 years since the last time) to check it out, again. He ordered a Calzone & I ordered Gias Pasta along with toasted raviolis as an app.... I have to say, our food came out very good! Wasn't bland or over cooked, was good. To bad it's not always like this because we would eat here more often. Or maybe there's new cooks, who knows. But nonetheless, we will go back to see if it remains the same.

I've been ordering from DiCiccos since 1986 and was always satisfied with their great food choices in the past. Most of the time I ordered Calzone. Other times Lasagne. The Calzone used to include a soup or salad to go with the meal. Recently I ordered a Calzone and was rather disappointed that Salad or Soup was not included. Now I can understand your prices on your items have gone up but the quality should equal that. The bread I know for a fact was not fresh. You don't give out as much sauce as you used to have for the Calzone and side food. Times do change so will my looking for a new restaurant for Italian food.

I haven't been to Di Cicco's in a long time but I remember what I always order Bow ties and eggplant. The food doesn't taste the same at this location. I'm not sure what happened but I don't think there are any family members behind the oven. My friend ordered the meatball sandwich it came with a very large bun store-bought and three little meatballs. I could have gone down to Subway and used their meatballs and then I would be happy. The whole experience was not good. In fact, the waitress got my friend's salad wrong too. It seemed they were getting a lot of orders wrong ours, two different people who came back. My waitress couldn't read the menu. This is not the experience I remember sometime back I'm not even tempted to try different locations. Disappointed!
