Dicicco’s Italian Restaurant

Just rented the banquet room for 35 people. The room was beautiful, and the food was the best Italian food in town. The service was excellent. Everything was so easy and no stress on our part. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you Carlo and staff for making this a perfect celebration.

Prices were fair, atmosphere is loud but jovial. No one seemed to mind and all were having a great time. Great family restaurant! Love their cocktails and staff is always smiling even if it's busy. Love their red sauce! Meaty, flavorful, and thick, not runny. Thin crust pizza is the default and yet I don't miss the thick crust.

Hands down best Dicicco's in town! This location has been consistent and great every time I eat here.

Did a call in, picked it up, came home and the order is wrong. I called back and they justified missing the modifications (that were noted on their internal BOH ticket) because who ever took my order didn’t charge me. It was really unprofessional of the manager to even bring that up after I had tipped and came home to watch the games with my family. It was insulting, I always say I have no problem being charged extra. SMH I had asked for Parmesan and olive oil w/balsamic on the side as well when I called in which was missing. I did notice that before leaving the parking lot so I went back and no one came to the counter so I left home. It’s like they couldn’t do anything with accuracy despite only have one booth occupied in the whole building. It’s obvious the owners aren’t around enough because no one in their right mind would make such an investment, at higher prices than other locations, just to have some careless employees brush off the value of customers. There’s a lot of competition out there. Despite living down the street I highly doubt I’ll ever go back. I would much rather order on DoorDash from the Sanger location! Wish me luck…I’m on my way back.
Just an update: I shared my experience with a few friends that also live blocks away and they all said “We never go there! Service is awful. We only go if we’re desperate because it’s so close.”.

I ordered an anti-pasto salad to go. Got home and there was no salami or cheese. Paid $16+ for lettuce, tomato and olive. I dont like leaving reviews unless it bothers me, but I have dined in multiple times and the salad was perfect. I get it to go and it's half ass'ed. Recommend dinning in

Ratings say it all. Service is good. Nothing is terrible (though their calzones are soggy and the "meatball" is de-meatballed into just crumbled, flavorless, ground meat. Why???) But nothing stands out either.

The environment was very clean and the lights were dim, which was nice. Service was kind and fast. The food was pretty good and a good serving amount. The only reason why I can't give a 5 star is because I've only had one food item off your menu (:
