I ordered pepperoni sandwich, cup of minestrone soup and an appetizer platter to go. The ckn tenders were sooo salty, fries had no salt, minestrone soup was not minestrone soup...was loaded with cabbage and a few carrot pieces, piece or two of celery and potato? and one, yes one bowtie pasta. This is not traditional minestrone soup, not sure what it was....cabbage soup i guess.... I never had cabbage in minestrone soup ?Yea not ordering food from here anymore.

I have gone to this location since I was kid. Not sure if there has been a change of ownership but the food was awful! Marinara sauce was bitter, ravioli were frozen then reheated, lasagna had too much cheese and very little noodle and sauce. But the service was great! Staff was very friendly.

My family and I had the good fortune of holding our mothers post funeral service luncheon at the Clinton-Weber location of Dicicco's on Friday January 5th, 2024. What a wonderful experience it turned out to be as the entire buffet style luncheon was handled without a hitch by Denesse and her staff at that locale. On a tip from a dear friend, I initially called the Restaurant to discuss the upcoming service and our plans to hold a memorial luncheon for our mother. My first interaction with Dennesse quickly allayed any fears I might have had about how this event would play out. I was immediately struck at how knowledgeable and experienced Dennesse was as she helped me and our family navigate the details involved in planning of the available menu options as well as the logistics of seating and how to most efficiently handle the expected influx of guests, many who would be coming in from out of town for the service. It was such a load off our mind to know that the event would be handled with such competence and efficiency. On the day of the funeral service and upon our arrival at the Dicicco's Restaurant our guests were greeted at the door and promptly led back to the banquet room. The food was delicious and nice and hot and the staff, in particular Dennesse was attentive and extremely accommodating throughout the entire food service. The buffet style food trays were continuously rotated out and kept filled and there was never a delay where guests had to wait for an entree. Everyone loved the service! Dennesse also went out of her way to help defray unnecessary expenses and helped us keep within our budget for the event, all things for which my family and I are deeply grateful and thankful. On such a sad and potentially stressful day it was such a relief to have such an experience and our family is most grateful for the grace and expertise with which Dennesse and her staff approached the event. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I really want to love DiCicco's, but I'm at the point where I won't be the one to pay for it anymore. I'll eat it, but only if that's where someone wants to go. Just not somewhere I want to spend my money. I used to love their calzones but each time I eat there it seems to get worse and worse. My wife enjoyed her meal, that's why I'm giving it a 3-star.

We ordered take out. Ordered over an hour in advance. Said I’ll be there at 315pm. Arrived about 3:25. Left with my food at 3:50. Not sure why it wasn’t ready. The place was not busy. And when I asked why it took so long. I didn’t get an answer…just a rude attitude.I won’t patronize again.
