I ordered on DoorDash a giant baker & I got 2 scoops of mashed potatoes! Scam

The Dickeys on Herndon ave in Clovis, Ca basically robbed me. I placed an order online. I got an email saying that my order would be ready at a certain time. I drove over 20 miles to get there and they closed an hour early because they ran out of food. They told me to come back the next day. I told them I would not be doing that for their mistake. They then told me to just call the next day. No one answered for weeks. No one called me, emailed me, apologized, or even automatically refunded my money. The reason they were able to do this is because they mark orders as complete. Their Google reviews show that they have done this with other people as well. I finally spoke to someone who took my number who said that I would get a call back from the manager. Never happened. I have also sent emails and left reviews. To dispute a transaction with the bank your card has to be lost or stolen. I am beyond pissed. Dickeys is this how you run your company? Or do you not know how your locations are representing you? I gave your company over $50 and got nothing in exchange. I would like this resolved immediately.

Just had order delivered. It was 8 minutes past delivery time, that happens. Checking order and one side item was wrong. Ordered baked potato casserole and ended up with Mac/cheese. Called to let them know and the young man said only thing could do was exchange BUT I had to come to the store! Don’t businesses understand you are having it delivered for a reason. Mine being medical having had foot surgery. So NO I don’t recommend this place if that is their customer service response!

We had heard a lot about Dickey's, but had never tried it. We were not disappointed. The food had good flavor and was fresh. The portions were pretty big, so next time we will probably share. I will definitely go again.
