This place gave me great customer service from the start to the end. What was unique is my order was to go. This was my first time at the restaurant and I was not disappointed at all. I order so much food to try because the menu was full of good stuff and wanted to try it all. This was my first time visiting, and I was very disappointed. The service at the front counter was worse than McDonald’s, which is unacceptable for a restaurant expecting repeat customers. We chose a table near the window ourselves, and it was dirty. No one came to clean it, and we eventually had to ask for it to be wiped down. Even then, they didn’t seem happy that we asked.
Employees repeatedly attended to the tables around us, yet we felt completely ignored.

Doghouse is a great food option close to Fresno State. Their burgers and tri-tip sandwiches are delicious. I ordered the monster burger and a basket of fries. Fair warning: a basket is enough fries for 4 people!
