Tired going to this place to get dinner. Never been there before but I would follow them on IG. Well the older lady comes to the front tells me we are going to close so depends on what do you want. She said this in a very rude way like if us wanting to order was such an inconvenience to her. So good luck to this restaurant. Especially if yiur are treating new potential customers like that. I am definitely unfollowing and wont be trying to go there again

Two times in a row me and my girlfriend has ordered food and has not gotten what we ordered completely but thereās never a indication Or communication that the order has been adjusted the amount of food given on the second order was not the same amount that was given on the first order either plus no eating utensils

The food is excellent. Gave fewer stars for service and inconsistent hours. Delicious Homemade flavors and worth the price for authentic soul food. Itās the service that keeps me from recommending this place to anyone. Ordering Inside the girl taking orders at the counter is always rude, never pleasant or cordial. They close early and donāt open on time either š¤£lol. I mostly order delivery through DD, just to avoid the negative vibes. But the food is great!

Iāve been coming to Dollās Kitchen every Wednesday as a regular customer, but today was disappointing. My order was incorrect my number was 30 and 31. (I ordered yams and was given spaghetti), idk maybe it was because of the two numbers. I wasnāt offered any utensils or sauce, and I was spoken to very rudely by a staff member when my 3-year-old left some food behind. She called me āgirlā get in here and clean this mess upā when Iām a grown woman, and yelled at me like a child. I didnāt make a scene and held my grace in front of my children and the customers, I was willing to clean it up after she said to, prior I was shouted at in front of others and then gossiped about by staff while I was at my car. I wanted to call and explain and apologize personally to the manager as that was not intentional. As I was waiting for my take out order my children got hungry. Moving forward Iāll make sure to be on that. Iāve always been respectful and supportive of this business, so I hope they can treat customers ā especially regulars ā with more care and kindness going forward.

DONT ORDER TO GO OR DELIVERY. It will NEVER arrive. Waited over an hour for my meal on JUNETEENTH and they cancelled it. Driver said they forgot to check for delivery orders because they shutdown early. Great foodā¦hopefully you actually get to receive it.

This is the spot for some good comfort food! I've been going to dolls for many years, I will always follow her and her cooking. She is definitely a beast in the kitchen and gets down. Definitely knows how to season her food right. I love to get the fish shrimp and chicken plate with my greens and yams and a side of mac and cheese for my Big back people it'll definitely hit the spot. If she has her caramel cake on the menu jump on it!

When I asked the lady at the counter for an update, she was incredibly rude and unprofessional. No apology, no explanation, just a complete waste of time.
