Literally the worst service ever. My dad tried to order pizza here by phone for delivery and they took his order and asked for the address and room number for the hotel. 45 minutes later, no pizza to be found. I called on his behalf to check on it and they put me on hold for 15 minutes. I called and tried again, in which this time they answered and hung up on me. So I called a third time and this time they told me they would send the pizza out and it would be there soon after confirming the address and order. I said okay thank you, I appreciate it. 20 minutes later and still no pizza. So I called to check again, someone else answered this time only to tell me they can’t find an order for that address. They have the name but no address. Apparently it was for pickup and has now been cancelled. Even though my dad specifically said for delivery and they even took the address and confirmed it during a previous call I had with them. So now my dad had nothing to eat. This is absolutely ridiculous. I had a horrible call experience and to top it off, they can’t even communicate to keep track of their orders or provide good service. And not even a single apology for messing up the order because how are you going to tell me you confirmed for delivery and took down his address to later tell me it was for pickup and it was cancelled. Either get some better management, customer service, or employees and learn to do better.

There was one time I made order online and drove over to the shop 1.5hr later to find there power was out. I know it's not the workers fault but it Would be nice if their system had a way of notifying the server saying there out for the night instead of having customers sitting around clueless and hungry! Other than that... They have excellent service prompt and friendly there also open late it's great!

Leticia got a bad attitude and the fact she claims she is a manager acting like a person wrong for telling her my food wasn't cooked well is crazy recorded the whole interaction and sent it straight to corporate crazier part is what she did in front of my child and let's not forget she dropped said food in my face and then tried to tell me I was lying

Pizza was burned. Crust was hard and cracking. Stuffed cheesy bread didn’t have what I ordered.
They got a good deal

Rude lady for customer service

We came to this location, ordered vegetarian pizza but ended up getting a sausage in our pizza. We had to drive back to return it. Instead of being apologetic, the lady was very rude and argumentative and asked us to wait 40 min or a refund.

If I could this store a half a star i would. My husband call cuz we order pizzas and pizzas came and one of out pizza came with no sauce on it we even order it with extra sauce. We called to get a remake and the girl who answered had a Attitude, cuz she had made the pizza they did say twice they would send a new one and say she put sauce on it, but the pizza was so dry that it was eatable. I called back and talk to a manager who didnt give her name and had the same ugly attitude so i said i would be call the store manager in the morning when i know the store manager would be there. After they said the would send a new one the cancel it. Because i said i would be talk to the store manager about our Experience. They said and I quote if they're going to get in trouble for it anyway so the canceled it cuz i threat them.because i said i would be talk to the store manager. This manager should not be running this store. And i will be calling corprate along with the Gm tomorrow.

I'm from opposite side of town from this restaurant. I'm used to the Domino's that's near me, but this experience was just the same. Great customer service with quick response. Food is ready in less than 25 minutes as they said it would be and the food tasted excellent. Just another reminder in fact that Domino's is going to be Domino's no matter where you go to eat Domino's.

I always order from this location and they never fail. I ordered two large pizzas, one was missing the pepperoni and the other was missing the chicken. I called and they were able to offer me credit towards my next order. My 3rd pizza was fine so I just ate some of that and gave the others to my family.
Johnathan was very nice to my cat who answered the door and very speedy with his delivery. Thank you.
