When I placed my order I was informed my order would be ready in 30 minutes. I Headed to pick up food at the 25 minute mark to be in time for pick up. Arrived to the restaurant and the board showed it was ready in 1-5 minutes. I thought to myself, perfect timing. 15 minutes later nothing ready. I asked the prep guy how much longer. To which he answers your order is next. The longer I’m here talking to you, the longer your food will take to be ready. All in all, over 1 hour for my pizza when I was informed it would be ready in 30 minutes. I’m livid!!! Complete Bullshit

This place just sucks time after time. I've ordered here a lot for the past two years since it's close and quick to my house, but they always disappoint. Sometimes it's burnt, other times it has huge bubbles throughout the pizza, majority of the time it's never even cut all the way through. They will barely put any parmesan, or butter on the bites and those are always hard as a rock. I don't know what goes on here, but the employees are always flat and rude. Just go somewhere else or another location, not worth your money.

I came late at night around 11 and ordered a pasta I expected it to be Alfredo but when I got home it was marina, I reordered online and went to pick up in person and they were so understanding of the mistake and had the best service I got my order fixed specifically a man with red hair thank you!

Heroes work at this location! Ordered a large quantity of pizzas for an event to be held for families at a nearby school, order was mistakenly made for the next night instead of the correct night. The guys working were so incredibly kind about it. Offered to change the date on the order and get started on the order right away so I could pick up and get it to the school while the families were still there. They cranked out 27 pizzas and 4 boxes of bread bites in about 30 minutes and the pizzas were good, too! I am incredibly grateful, they saved us and weren’t rude about it at all, though it was our mistake.
