Could work on the phone customer service, good food will definitely come back. But if the customer service continues I will have to go to another pizza spot like across the street. I hope management understands how competitive this industry is customer service is key.

If you work hard for your money take notice......The Chicken Parmesan sandwich is a complete waste of time and money. The sandwich contained a speck of meat and cheese and a light brush of sauce on a bun. It was tasteless and insulting.

Worst dominos location, rude staff. Pizza was full of grease the whole pizza was orange and dripping from grease, and when confronted about it asked if there was a way it could be remade, a girl called Ashley said “that’s how it is, I can’t do anything” in a rude way. Never coming to this location again!

We Ordered a Pizza from the Domino's on 3005 W. Bullard Ave. on 12/30/2024. It was made and delivered in a timely manner.....HOWEVER, We did NOT receive the Medium Pizza, I ordered, There was 4 pieces of Pepperoni and no Sausage (I ordered Extra Pepperoni and Extra Sausage with onions and mushrooms). Plus the Pizza and the Cheesy Bread were both burnt on the edges. My grandkids were very upset. I called the store explained the problem and they were very vague and stated they would put a free pizza on my account.....2 hours later, no pizza neither delivered OR put on my account. At this point I would say I and my family are out of luck and Domino's has lost yet another customer.Addendum:Okay it has been 2 days later and STILL no response from the Dominos Store Manager OR Corporate. I am SEVERELY disappointed in Dominos' Non-Response. By Dominos' NON- Response to my complaint I now realize that Dominos is a Rip Off Company and that Dominos is in it JUST TO RIP OFF POOR PEOPLE. I do NOT recommend anyone using Dominos', unless you want to ONLY receive what they want you to have, NOT what you ordered and PAID FOR.Oh and by the way ( per the dm inquiry requesting proof of the order), the Order# issued was #2022. The Date and Time: 12/30/23 at 6:49 PM. Plus, I have a email copy of the order from Dominos. I may be poor and a Senior Citizen, but I will ALWAYS stand up for myself and my family.

The Worst pizzas I ever ate I ordered 5 pizza for my son party they all came cold and dry and one had no cheese at all and the next day I called to only complain about just one with no cheese because it was burned as well they made me wait hour to get my refund and after they told me it will show on ur account after 48 hours and it been a week and I havent received anything yet never ordering from them again

All I have to say is, where is all the meat at!? Ordered pasta and a sandwich.Pasta: Custom with cheese, steak, and "premium" chicken. Portions are small. There is chicken, but they are diced so small. You wouldn't know there was any in it. Steak was very thin sliced and size of half inch or smaller. Pasta was covered in cheese, at least. Greedy with the meats. You're better off with frozen food. Sandwich: Good size, 8 inch I think? And on a chibatta bread? As I said earlier, little to no meat. Had the chicken mango habanero. Tasted more pineapple and jalapeños than chicken. Even those toppings were skimpy. Don't understand why add pineapple and jalapeños when the sauce was already sweet and 'spicy' enough. Could had put other toppings instead. It made the sandwich more sweeter. No wonder I avoided buying food at Dominoes for a decade or so. Maybe their pizza may differ? Since they are a pizza shop.
After waiting out front for 10 minutes after my car side delivery should have been brought out I ended up having to go in and ask where my pizza was. They finally found iron the warming shelf and gave it to me. I did receive a free pizza but the problem is my email on the site is my old college email which is no longer active or accessible. I had pizza delivered. Young lady locked herself out of car. She never panicked was a amazing why she kept herself calm. BTW great ?.
