This location stuff are okay but their call center’s agent need to be fired immediately because she is not doing her job each time I order pizza and I do carry out most of the time because I use my 15 minute break to get my food and this agent is awful she doesn’t deliver my order to the pizza store each damn time have ago again and order it and that is delaying me from my work and I get in trouble with my supervisor. I’m tired of this stupid agent who pick up the phone and doesn’t even send my order to exact location where I’m picking up the order ???????

The manager Manuel does drugs he takes opiates, I strongly suggest you drug test him. I don’t appreciate someone who talks shtt about his associates in the open there is also a guy by the name of Rudy who steals cash from the drawers that is crazy you guys have people who harass there employees and addicts who are making our meals that is disgusting manager making fun of people’s family who have relapsed but he has associate bring him Adderall. Becareful who you talk shtt about because your employees talk

Today I bought Alfredo pasta and I didn’t enjoy it at all! I think the chicken is dated and not fresh . I have definitely had better pasta even the one we make at home . I feel bad I wasted my daily calories on this let alone wasting my money. You guys better do something to improve it or remove the item from the menu.

did not get delivered to my door, I had to walk to the curb to get my food from the delivery driver. I spoke to the manager that night 3/27/24 around 10pm and he was very rude and completely inconsiderate. I asked him the policy for delivery and he stated you got your food so it was delivered. the manager seemed very incompetent on his policy and management skills. I asked for his name so I can express to the district manager who I spoke with and he refused then hung up on me. I believe The store manager is usually the one that I have had interactions with and he is great and very professional but whoever the manager was tonight needs to be retrained in customer service and business management or just management skills. Would not recommend. Food delivered 45+ minutes AFTER Quality Check. Food arrived soggy. Soggy pizza, soggy loader tater tots, warm and wrong soda. The only tasty thing were the lava cakes. I guess you can't screw those up. Gross and grossly overpriced at $53 including tip. I ordered a Coke and Received a Sprite. Options for "delivery guarantee" are a free pizza or 20% discount on next purchase. Free Pizza is only two toppings when I ordered a "specialty" pizza. Offer good only on delivery where I will have to pay ANOTHER $5+ dollar delivery fee and tip. PLUS this "deal" won't be available in my account for another 48 hours. I am hungry NOW. What a serious disappointment!!!

I feel like they should specify the pepperoni stuffed bread comes with only 1 pepperoni. Also, is the cheese supposed to be melted? It could have used another minute or two in the oven. What a rip off.

Ordered pizza and dips/bread combo for pickup. When I got home I discovered they forgot the bread twists and unless I wanted to eat the dip with a spoon it meant the majority of my order was missing and/or inedible. Called to ask for refund for the missing bread/dip combo and was told I would only get an in-store credit for the $2 bread twists. Thomas-the-snowflake manager said he couldn’t do anything else and then went on a rant about me being rude. God forbid a customer be upset about getting only half the order they paid for…

Online ordering is a ease. Online coupons deals are great. Sometimes when you order using a coupon, the pizza will lack cheese and toppings(please don't cost cut or stop giving Online coupons deals if you can't make a profit without cost cutting)

We had the totally tasteless pepperoni cheese bread delivered to our home that is less than 5 minutes from the store. It took an hour from order to delivery. It was in quality check for 25 minutes. The only tasty thing was the marinara sauce. A totally bad experience for my first order from this store.
