Rude cashier. They do have a very very very bad customer service. The girl at the front desk was rude and not helpful at all.

Esta tienda de Dulcería Mojica es una tienda que recomiendo para que compren sus dulces, hay dulces demasiado baratos a comparación de otras tiendas que están ubicadas aquí en la ciudad de madera. Se los digo por experiencia pues ahí compro algunos ingredientes para hacer mis postres.

Viejo hijo de su Puta madre prepotente que piensa que uno le va a pedir regalado si voy a comprar es porque traigo dinero ah este viejo culero le gusta humillar a su propia gente que triste que aya tanto mexicano asi que a su propia raza lo trate de humillar los mexicanos deberíamos estar unidos no tirándonos malo primera y ÚLTIMA VES que voy a esa tienda a un hombre así ni un puto chicle le compro NO GASTEN SU TIEMPO NO VAYAN A ESTE LUGAR MI GENTE mejor encuentren otra de muchas dulcerías donde no pasen un mal rato este piensa que ya porque es dueño de un pinche changarriyo de dulcería tiene derecho a humillar a alguien no debería juzgar el a gente nomas por como se ven viejo estupido!!!

Even when you call the girl is really rude I asked for a baby shark pinata and prices and she said she had alot I said can I have prices she said no. I got there the next day she said she didn't have baby shark pinatas at all, I looked through out the store until I found one myself..

The store is great, there's something for everyone..........but I had purchased(paid) a specific piñata for my son's bday party. The lady had shown it to me and set it aside as another young lady got my receipt ready for my purchase. I left my husbands name because he would be picking it up because it didn't fit in my car. When my husband went to pick it up I told him what it looked like so when he got there and my description didn't match he sent me a picture. I told him to let them know that , that was not the one I paid for. Long story short they sold it to someone else and I got something similar but not what I paid for. On top of that the owner arrives while my husband is arguing with the lady about what kind of business they were running since he did not even get an apology for the mistake. Well the owner proceeds to tell my husband to leave , he got what he came for and that my husband was just an employee but he was a business owner and he could choose what kind of customers he wants to buy his products. He then threatens to call the police because my husband would not leave since at this point the guy was blocking the piñata and wouldn't let my husband take it. My husband told him to go ahead and call the police, that he was not doing anything wrong only wanting what he had purchased and that now he was trying to have him leave without his purchase so go ahead and call the police. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!! ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND WOULDN'T ADMIT TO IT!! THE OWNER UNPROFESSIONAL AND A CLASSIST!!!
