Went to Dutch bros with a friend and had ordered a strawberry horchata chai latte through the drive way, and you wouldn’t guess what there was. There was a piece of hair inside the drink I wish the workers would be more considerate of checking the drinks before handing them to the customers, I went to the worker and had confront and not even an apology or offer to refund the drink.🤮
First time going there. They were really nice and they helped me figure out what to order. I am shocked at how much I got for the amount I paid. I guess I'm late to the game, but I found my new drink spot.

I'm not sure if I can add another review but they were so sweet today and really pulled through!! My fiance and I barely had any sleep, woke up to one of our car windows smashed, went to get coffee while waiting for a repair to open but ended up forgetting my wallet. Bad start to the day, but whoever was working today gave us free drinks 😭 thank you so much that was a great pick me up honestly going to be the thing that gets me through the day. Absolutely love coming here !!

I just went to this Dutch rn and I always go here but I had the worst experience today, the broista at the round about he was so rude and we tried ordering a drink that we saw off tik tok and the way he went about telling us that they didn’t have it was rude and ruined our day and we were so polite.
