I don’t usually go to this Dutch Bros, but I did tonight and the experience was different than expected. The person taking orders seemed very rushed and ended up getting my order wrong. I ordered a candy cane hot chocolate and was given a coffee instead. The customer service here was lacking compared to other locations.

Google claims this location is open 24 hours a day. On Tuesday, November 18 we stopped about 10 till five and were told by a security guard patrolling the area that they still had about 10 minutes before they opened. We ended up having to go to Starbucks because it was the only thing open at that time. They should really update their business hours which state to have been updated only four weeks ago, but this is false information. They are not open 24 hours
So disappointed! Paid over $9 for tan milk. This is supposed to be a matcha, picture is of the remake. Both made exactly the same, both let downs. Service also sucked- wasn’t greeted with normal energy, avoided when I came up to the walk up window for the remake, lacking the usual Dutch atmosphere. Not coming back to this location.

Terrible my partner ordered trick a treat gummy bear rebel no gummy bear apparently ran out 30min before order 2 Dutch h20 they but had no flavored one was suppose to have strawberry boba didn’t even get the order right while ordering the worker cut us off talking to tell her coworker to feed a cat cut us off the second time to talk on a walkie on top of getting the order wrong all drink was terrible no flavored this is the only Dutch that messed and had poor customer service never again
