Worst Dutch ever. I just went and waited for 30 minutes even though there was only like 4 cars and 4 ppl working inside and when I finally got my drink they messed it up and I asked her and she said they had the stuff to make it right so I was like then why didn’t u do it in the first place? And she said she would give it to me and I was like I already sat here for that long I don’t want it messed up again. The drink was supposed to be the mistletoe rebel. This looks nothing/tatse like that (I had it yesterday)

We waited in line for about 30 minutes and there was only one car in front of us. The entire crew came out to talk to this individual in the car in front of us. The line was starting to get longer and at this point nobody has taken our order. We eventually got our order in but the crew was still outside talking to this individual. The individual ended up leaving but when we got to the window our drinks were still not made but the lady helping was rude. At this point I would’ve left but couldn’t because I had already paid for our drinks. We asked for a sticker for the cups but when we received the cups there was no sticker and the lids werent put on properly so the drinks had spilled. Our drinks were made completely wrong and couldn’t even enjoy them. I’ve never had a bad experience with Dutch bros until this one.

Long wait time for order. Blend always have too much ice. By the time you get your drink it's 1/4 melted if you get a blended drink.
This has happened to me multiple times here and I have to keep telling them to remake the drink.

A huge shoutout to Vicky! She really made our day. This car totally cut us after waiting in long line and Vicky was super sweet and made sure we got our drinks before that car.
I normally enjoy Dutch Bros, but the customer service at this location was really disappointing. I had already waited 45 minutes in line for my drink, and when I received it, it was made incorrectly. I politely asked one of the employees, a young girl working up front, if they could just add peach to fix it. Instead of correcting their mistake, she told me I would have to get back in line and wait all over again.
Why should I have to wait another 45 minutes for something they messed up on? That’s not good customer service. Mistakes happen, but the way a business handles them makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this location didn’t make any effort to fix the problem or value my time. It had no peach I wasn't asking for a remake I just wanted my peach and I was nice about it.
