This location is cool. But I hate going inside. The music is way to loud and I have to yell my order out to the cashier. Today I went inside because the drive thru was super busy. Inside was busy as well, but we went in to order. Right when we walked in, a smell of spoiled milk slapped me in the face! It's a mix of rotten milk and sewer that I smelled. It's disgusting! Do the employees not smell that?! Anyways, location is cool but I had to give them a 2 star because of thr smell. Makes me not want to come to the location. Are you guys serving spoiled milk to your customers?

Went there this morning to get a pet tag since its national love your pet day but the employee didn't know what I was talking about and to make it even worse he asked me if I wanted a receipt and I said yes and he didn't even give me one so I had to repeat myself and it took him forever to print it up so I didn't even receive my receipt. Was so excited to go then disappointed when I left. ?

This is my go to location due to it being 24hrs and the service. However, yesterday service was not it at all. We went at 7pm and to my surprise there was not really a line (perhaps bc of the Super Bowl) an. The girl who took our order with the iPad was very miserable and looked like we were bothering her by even being there. We ordered our drinks and had to repeat to her multiple times what we asked for because it seemed like she was high or just careless. My bf and me shrugged it off and continued our order. I asked for blue razz float on top and and she literally says with an attitude “with what”?? Like okay how rude. I still didn’t say anything. We pull up to the window and we’re not greeted at all not even a hello just a stare and silence. We were handed our drinks and we noticed one of our drinks was incorrect. We respectfully let the barista at the window know that one of our drinks did not look like what we ordered which was 1 rebel 1 lemonade and one coffee. She just stared at us like we were stupid and didn’t do anything about it. My boyfriend even asked to double check if one of the drinks was a coffee to which she replied with “yes that is a coffee” with attitude still not understanding we had the wrong drink. She looked like she just wanted us to leave even though it was the wrong drink! Even trying to hand it back she wouldn’t take it until we said “it’s supposed to be the lemonade this is a coffee” and my boyfriend reached as much as he could out the window of his car to give it back. She finally noticed and then said “oh that’s not yours” grabbed it and switched it out. No apology was given, no thank you, no have a nice night. She just stood there. Before we drove off I counted the cars in line and it was ours the one before us and 1 car behind us only. Not busy at all. I’m not sure if it’s because the superbowl was on or employees were tired but I just think the way we were treated was unfair but I didn’t want to say anything bc I usually shrug things off. My boyfriend also noticed that the coffee he received literally only tasted like chocolate milk no taste of coffee whatsoever over. Over all such a sad experience!
