Everything was fine until I was getting my order and was asked what my form of payment was. I had told the girl taking my order that I did not want to use my free 2 drinks and she said okay and then she asked what my form of payment was. I said card and she repeated to me “no you don’t want to use your free drinks “ and then proceeds to use them after I SPECIFICALLY SAID NO. Clearly she did not care and now I lost my 2 free drinks.

I appreciate the excellent service and friendly staff at my favorite place to get my morning coffee. I always enjoy my visits.
The lack of communication is very disappointing. With a drop that was highly wanted they did not tell people when they ran out of the toppers. We waited in line for two ridiculous hours. I used to love this location. But the customer quality and communication has died. Next time, tell your customers when you run out of something you know they are there for instead of allowing them to wait and purchase drinks just to be disappointed.

This is where I always get my drink. They are usually super good. Except one day I had sent my daughter to get me a golden eagle and they added no coffee 😔, it was plain and not good. I went another day an told them what had happen. They apologized and took a feedback with nice attitude.....other than that. Keep the drinks coming 😝💓

Only reason I’m giving 3 stars because the shift lead supervisor on Saturday; September 7, 2024 at around 1422 was able to address the issue I encountered with one of the team members.
The team member had been very rude then making a comment as I rolled my window up, thinking I would not hear but little did the lady know my daughter, my sister, & I heard the lady make her smart remark.
Very poor customer service on that lady’s end. From the start when I ordered, the lady had been rude, rushing myself to order.
My sister could even hear how she was speaking to myself while I ordered & my sis was on the phone via Bluetooth in my car.
My daughter being 9 yrs old noticed & did not appreciate the demeanor this team member had approached myself.
To make it better the lady did not even have my order correct, she clearly put down what she wanted without even reading back my order before I paid.
This is the whole reason why I am giving 1 star for the service.
As for the atmosphere I am giving 2 stars thank you to the shift lead supervisor. She was willing to scan my app to give myself a free drink due to the poor customer service I encountered.
So just a heads up if you encounter the same problem make sure to ask to speak to the manager or supervisor so hopefully the hospitality will become better.
