Last night we went into the drive through around 9:50pm, nobody came to the car. There were two people in front of us. The baristas took their time with the car at the window and as soon as it hit 10pm the car at the window left. Then the next car went up and the baristas waved them away. When we went up to the window at 10:02 the barista waved us off and turned her back to us. This service was absolutely disrespectful and non professional. The barista wouldn’t open the window so I could get her name.

Been a regular here but on August 18 I went for my usual I didnt take a sip till I was going on lunch once I did my sugar went up and I got all sugar free drink. Like sugar free rebel and all sugar free syrups. Went back for a remake. The barista told me he guaranteed it was sugar free. When I decided to take a sip it was all sugar my sugar rasied to 300 it literally took me 2 hrs to make it back to normal rang. Contacted dutch online and they told me the checked the camera's and they made it all sugar free. But I dont understand how they know what time I went to do a remake and how all of a sudden my sugar decided to raise even if I didn't have anything to eat or dink in between that time. I didn't want anything I just want them to teach the barista to make sure make it all sugar its someone's health here. But I was told I was wrong. And I have not gone back and probably won't go back.

Ordered a tropical rebel and another rebel which both had coconut syrup in them gave both me and my friend a stomach bug and we could not drink them.. had to throw them away

Yall.. this Dutch bros never messed me up til now- fire these new workers frrr, didn’t wipe the bottom of the cup, stained my skirt; on top of that royally messed up me n my sisters drinks, gave her literally a sour shot blended no syrups; looked at the drink, told her it was wrong, she then proceeded to say she was gonna fix it, waited 5 minutes, then handed us back the unchanged drink, what on earth man 💀😭 it’s laughable tbh

Everything was fine until I was getting my order and was asked what my form of payment was. I had told the girl taking my order that I did not want to use my free 2 drinks and she said okay and then she asked what my form of payment was. I said card and she repeated to me “no you don’t want to use your free drinks “ and then proceeds to use them after I SPECIFICALLY SAID NO. Clearly she did not care and now I lost my 2 free drinks.
