Placed a mobile order around 9:50 on a Tuesday morning, so it wasn't busy at all. I got there a few minutes later and was completely ignored at the window for a few minutes. By the time staff finally acknowledged me, my order had been ready and sitting at the window the entire time I was standing there

Went to see if they still had some of the mini ducks yesterday, got told they ran out, figured okay I’ll just try a different location, not a problem, went to leave and see they were still handing them out in drive through and to the other people up front?? Went back to say something and yet again they just ran out. What was the point in lying about it??

In the span of 24 minutes, I experienced induced mental capacity from the Dutch Bros Team that was working on day August 4, 2024, at approximately 9 am. I go to order 4 drinks, I pay, I was given 3 by the Airhead Geezer over at the 2nd window, told me "We dont have the drink you ordered on the menu" , MEANWHILE they had us pay again, it was 4 of us in one car, all of us were Delirious due to De-Caffeination, so it added fuel to the fire, it took them approx 7 more minutes to prepare 4 coffee drinks with 4 "Baristas" behind the counter, while behind us there was a single lane 50 car parking lot with enticed and indigent Fresno residents. I almost squabbled with an Old Geezer Because of this, Sending C&D
