I would leave it with no stars if that was an option For the past two months my coffee has been inconsistent but that’s not my biggest issue. The last 3 times ive gone in to pick up my mobile order the entire place smells like vomit/poop Instead of fixing the problem it seems like their solution is to keep the doors open. Yesterday i had gotten down to get my order and i walked in to the store in the middle of a huddle once again place smelled like vomit and poop and the guy in the front told me he had to remake my order but refused to give me a reason why. They ran out of an item i had requested and instead of informing me before hand they just substituted it with a random item of their choice. The coffee tasted the way their location smelled and i tossed it away.

Great coffee & service. They offered help in choosing a drink flavor & I tried it. It was pretty good.
the dutch on palm and herndon in fresno there is this blond girl on October 20th at around 5:25 pm, at the window, i ordered my drink with strawberry soft top and was barley given any and i politely asked if we could have more and she gave me and my friend a weird look and said to a coworker, “they want more soft top” in a sarcastic tone. then she gave us more in a cup separately and we had to pour it ourselves.

I come here often since I work nearby, but the last couple of times I’ve visited in the mornings, the drinks haven’t been made well at all. I even paid extra for a sauce that wasn’t added to my drink. Especially with how high Dutch’s prices are, the drinks shouldn’t taste flavorless. Really disappointing lately.
