Dutch Bros Coffee

Look, I like Dutch Bros and I always appreciate the service. This rating isn't for the staff but to the disrespectful way they handled the figurines merch giveaways with drinks. I waited in a long line of cars for a whole hour. As soon as I was finally able to order, the nice worker took my order and I even asked about the merch which one I'm looking forward to get. Then when its finally my turn at the window, they tell me they ran out. They couldn't send someone to tell the people waiting a long time that they ran out of merch? All that for $15 for 2 drinks? Honestly, I'm very disappointed and that makes me want to quit going to Dutch Bros all together. If you can't respect your customer's time, you don't deserve my money or understanding. Extremely disappointed

When did Dutch Bros employees become so rude? Got to the window and the gal went to hand us a hot drink. i said im sorry thats not our drink. she said yes it is. i said no im sorry we dont ever order hot drinks. we orders the hyperchrome rebel iced and the chai egg nog iced with no sprinkles. she rolled her eyes and went to make the chai egg nog because the rebel was already done. put barely any ice and extra sprinkles. drink dripping all down the cup.
i said thank you - even though she was way rude and she just walked away. young skinny gal with straggly hair and glasses.

Asked for my green tea to be made fresh from the tea bag so it doesn't taste like mold so I was very disappointed when it tasted like mold when I got it I even called to let them know and was told I would get an email but its been almost a week and haven't got anything.... most upsetting part this isn't the first time either.... the first time I just threw it away the second time they actually remade it the way I asked and this time they seem to not care

Usually I love Dutch specifically for the friendly service & atmosphere, but a few days ago I had an off experience with one of the guys who charged me for a medium when I had to correct him it was a small, thats fine no big deal I got a refund ok thats cool. When I get to the window the girls are always rolling their eyes anytime I ask them to repeat my order to avoid problems like this, which I notice they just stop doing overall. Well that was one thing but today I was on that side of town again so I decided to grab a coffee inside. There was only one girl at the front and was making a lot of drinks so I didn’t say anything, considering she didn’t even greet me when I walked in, but then her Coworker comes out with her back towards me after waiting for five minutes I had to say, excuse me and she looked at me like i was Nuisance Literally, just trying to get my order in, I said hi I’ve been standing here for a while and a high-pitched tone she said OH SO SORRY WHAT DO YOU WANT? Idk what their problems are or if its toward me specifically but its just giving mean young highschool kid energy. Do better and treat your customers with respect.

When I moved however, with Dunkin locations being so far away, and seeing Dutch Bros all over the place, I decided to try them out of desperation (I don’t like trying new things), I was pleasantly surprised!! Their sugar-free flavors taste so much better than Dunkin! Can’t believe I’m saying that but it is true. Now I’m hooked on Dutch!

Dutch Bros is by leaps and bounds my spot to get an amazing coffee and the broistas are incredible and fun to be served by!!! 😃😃😃

This is my bf’s local Dutch so I like to come to this location when I’m craving something sweet, staff is usually very friendly but our experience last night was not. We went 30 mins before closing time & the girl who took our order just had a bad attitude & was not friendly at all. She gave us blank stares & when we told her thank you for our drinks she just turned her back & didn’t say a word. I get it everyone has a bad days & no one wants to close so late but you don’t got to be so rude about it.

My 911 came out extra thick blended when I asked for iced. Place wasn't busy and they didnt seem to care. Went to work after and was unable to drink it all watered down. Tried to call store to fix but went to headquarters instead. Wasted 12 bucks will not be back, go to the Shaw and West location. Friendlier staff and makes drinks correctly.

Service at the store was beyond excellent. The lady who served us, later found out she was the manager, took at least 15 minutes to explain all the options as it was our first experience there. We ended up ordering a drink which we thought was iced but got it hot as we ordered incorrectly. She replaced it for us at no cost. The service here goes beyond what normally is expected. The place had a '80s vibe to it with a cassette player serving as one of the tables.
