They need to do a better job able how they close. Need to block drive way to prevent people from thinking they are open when they are not.

Always friendly and usually fast. They don't put you in a spot for tips, which makes you want to tip. My favorite DB. Get in, get out, and get to where you're going.

Good drinks for good prices, but this is not a good place to go if you want to sit down and study. The music is WAY too loud. It sounds like a club, and it makes it impossible to concentrate.

I’m use to a long wait, but after 20 minutes when I got a “warm” coffee versus a hot one needless to say it really sucked. I told the Barista and all he said was “ I just made it”! I had to go to Starbucks after!

This is not a usual location, but I just wanted to note that this location smells horrible, this is the 3rd location that ive been to that is like this... the moment you open that door... it stinks like old rotten milk and there were flies everywhere in the store and none of the workers wash their hands in between touching trash and making drinks and the whole floor work area was just wet everywhere. I love dutch bros but it seems like every location is starting to become like this... so to the management, please clean your machines and areas you can not reach because it is stinking up the whole store.

If you don't want to sit in an hour waiting line on the afternoon, skip this Ditch Bros. At these high temperatures, it's understandable that this store would not allow their employees to be taking orders outside and allowing faster service, but it was very slow waiting for each car to put an order in and then have the drinks made.

I’m still waiting in a line that I’ve been in four forty minutes. Normally they are quick and good. I understand that’s it’s hot outside but you also work at a place that serves cold beverages I think there should be someone outside to take the orders especially when there a long line

Good lord! Waiting in line for over an hour for a stupid drink! I just drove out since I lost my desire to have Dutch Bros! Brawley/Herndon worst service, never again! Clarification from worker, if it’s over 100 degrees they only take your order at the window.
Don’t stop here if it’s over 100 degrees!
